The Blackwhale Bar is a hidden gem in Seoul. The drink selection is outstanding – everything from classics to unique beers brewed locally here in the city. And the food? The pizza is simply indescribable. I never thought my best meal in Seoul would be pizza, but the taste took me straight to Italy. Thin crust, perfectly baked, and ingredients that taste like real quality. This place combines quality, atmosphere, and true passion in a way that makes me wish I could give it 6 stars. An absolute must-visit in Seoul!

The best pizza I've had as far as I can remember. Definitely the best in Seoul. The dough is baked to perfection. 진호 is the best host ever. He makes you feel very welcomed. I recommend it and will be back for more quality pizza. The options of vegetarian pizzas is quite varied. There is vegan pasta too. Update: I went back for more pizzas. The salad pizza was delicious and is now my favourite. My friend had the prosciutto one.

I had a great time at The black whale bar. The owner Mr Choi is a good host and his regular customers are friendly and great to chat with. His selection of beers are very good and he's always got the snacks to nibble on if you're hungry. It's a warm and friendly place. The owner speaks English well and Chinese , Korean of course too. Go there!

The best pizza I've had as far as I can remember. Definitely the best in Seoul. The dough is baked to perfection. 진호 is the best host ever. He makes you feel very welcomed. I had a great time at The black whale bar. The owner Mr Choi is a good host and his regular customers are friendly and great to chat with. As an american, this place is confusingly good and defied my expectations. They make smaller sized pizzas in what looks like an ez bake oven and yet visiting korea 2 years later, i will go out of my way to come back here. Their pastas sauces were also surprisingly good and made fresh to order. They seem to be mostly a take out business, but i had a good dine in experience(once someone showed up). The first 3 times i tried to come here around dinner time, there was no one in the restaurant. I dont mean just no customers, i mean no one,...

If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. The food, atmosphere, and service is great. Went to visit Seoul and wanted to try something aside from the traditional Korean food. I wasn’t sure how good it would be, it was delicious. I had a pasta dish and a pizza and both were great. The pasta was so good, so much flavor. The pizza was nice and light, paired well with a beer. All the beer was nice and cold and the cocktails were great.

Definitely recommend and will come back every time...
