THE BLACK WHALE BAR — Restaurant in Seoul

As an american, this place is confusingly good and defied my expectations. They make smaller sized pizzas in what looks like an ez bake oven and yet visiting korea 2 years later, i will go out of my way to come back here. The Blackwhale Bar is a hidden gem in Seoul. The drink selection is outstanding – everything from classics to unique beers brewed locally here in the city. And the food? The pizza is simply indescribable. I never thought my best meal in Seoul would be pizza, but the taste took me straight to Italy. If I could rate this place 6 stars I would. The food, atmosphere, and service is great. Went to visit Seoul and wanted to try something aside from the traditional Korean food. I wasn’t sure how good it would be, it was delicious. I had a pasta dish and a pizza and both were great. The pasta was so good, so much flavor. The pizza was nice and light, paired well with a beer. All the beer was nice and cold and the cocktails were great.

Definitely recommend and will come back every time...
