Compared to many other building in Seoul, this one has killer views. Probably one of the best ones from the entire city. Living for 5 years in this building I know it inside out, except being the units 03 and those from 37th floor. Out of units 01, 02 and 04, the latter are the biggest and with the best layout out of the 3. Summers can be troublesome for your electricity bill in 04 apartments. Views from 04 are towards Seoul Station , Han River and the high rise buildings of Asterium. (Trust me, better look at them than living in, no matter the season, itโs either too cold or too hot inside.) 01(the unit I used to live in for 5 years) and 02 units have the gorgeous views towards the Namsan mountain and Namsan Tower. Absolute gorgeous scenery, changing over time according to the season. Never boring, compared to a complete city scenery. The other photos over the city, are... from the heliport. Which is accessible for anyone living in. Gorgeous. On 37th floor is an open terrace to enjoy โoutdoorsโ. On second floor there is a library and a gym. Near by, a kids play ground. 3 parking floors, a bank, convenience store, coffee shops at 1st floor. Best part of it, it has 2 double glazed windows. You may wonder why I bring this up... well, summers are extremely hot, while winters very cold. Having those good windows helps keeping you warm or cooled depending on the season without you having to pay $$$ figures only for electricity. Thank me later and now keep watching the photos with the views.
Have I told you that from the heliport you have front row seats to the annually fireworks festival? I have added some more photos to see those too. No...

I complained multiple times but all they said was it's "legal" I highly recommend you to NOT TO MOVE INTO this place. GET ME...
