We came here for the specialty: pork belly dry aged in beeswax. The meat is sweet and juicy, with a fragrant aftertaste. The fried cheese adds a lovely buttery crunch towards the meat. But my favorite is the beef sashimi. This is the best way to experience Hanwoo (Korean beef). I can taste the nutty umami as well as the melt-in your-mouth marbling. We didn’t have one so we looked intently into the restaurant, trying to get the attention of the staff.
