From all the restaurants I ate in Korea for one week, this was the greatest standout. I never knew that such simple dishes could have such an incredible ceiling in terms of taste. Every banchan was the best version I’ve had of their kind. The freshness, the perfect balance of sweet and savory, the crunch. The soups and chapchae were phenomenal as well. Not to mention the main dish, the MACKERAL. The stone oven grill adds such a nice char. I came at opening on 11am on Wednesday and there were already 100 people waiting.
