Bereket — Restaurant in A Coruña

I had an absolutely fantastic experience at Bereket! This restaurant deserves a solid five stars. From the moment you step in, you’re greeted by the warmest and friendliest staff you can imagine. What really stood out to me was how seamlessly they work together as a team, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. And don’t get me started about their food, it’s nothing short of delicious. Each dish is SO GOOD, it's clear that the chefs here are true culinary artists. The interior of Bereket is equally impressive. The ambiance is cozy and inviting, making you feel right at home. Whereby, the location of Bereket is a dream come true for any foodie with a view. Being right at the ocean adds a mesmerizing touch to the dining experience.

I can't recommend Bereket enough. Whether you're a local looking for a great meal or a visitor wanting a memorable dining experience, this restaurant has it all. Five stars...

La carne está rica. La lubina no estaba mal, tal vez demasiado pasada. Las patatas que acompañaban a la lubina medio crudas ("es que son así porque las hacemos machacadas en mortero"). Los entrantes... alcachofas, croquetas (4 unidades 18€) y anchoas nada del otro mundo.

El servicio mal... les pedimos recomendaciones y no saben ni qué decir. Abrió hace una semana y hoy no tenían ni arroces ni tomahawk. Éramos 5... la ración de croquetas trae 4 unidades y le decimos que nos ponga ración y media y dice que no sirven medias raciones. Lo mismo con las alcachofas... Calor horrible en el comedor. Nos daba el sol directamente en nuestra mesa. Les pedimos si nos bajan un poco la cortina... y no tienen cortina porque aún no les llegó. Local ruidosísimo. En una mesa de 5 no podíamos llevar una conversación normal. Mesas pequeñas para el tipo de vajilla que usan (muy bonita pero nada funcional). Nos recomiendan chuletón de wagyu de 1,2kg para 3. Les decimos si no será muy pequeño para 3... nos dicen que no. Spoiler: Lo era, salí con hambre La lubina para dos nos dicen que pesaba 1,2kg... no puedo demostrarlo pero mi opinión es que esa lubina no pasaba de los 750g. Salimos a 70€/persona (2 botellas de vino) saliendo con hambre.

Resumiendo: invitas a unos cuantos influencers y te ganas una buena puntuación en Google. La realidad es que es caro, el sitio es incómodo y la comida nada del otro mundo. No volveré.

Es MENTIRA que nos explicaran la carta. Les pedimos ayuda con los entrantes y se limitaron a decirnos lo que había.

Es MENTIRA que os adaptéis a las preferencias de los clientes. Repito... éramos 5, la ración de croquetas trae 4 unidades, pedimos si podíais traer 5 unidades o ración y media y la respuesta fue que no. Por no decir que una amiga comió ese mismo día a la misma hora que yo en otra mesa y a ellos sí les pusisteis 5 croquetas.

Es MENTIRA que nos ofrecieran más carne. Todo lo contrario! Al ver el chuletón dijimos al camarero que nos parecía pequeño y la respuesta fue que con los entrantes que pedimos estaba bien.

Y para rematar es MENTIRA que durante la comida (porque fue comida, no cena) os dijéramos que todo bien. Os dijimos que hacía mucho calor y no ofrecisteis solución, os dijimos que el ruido era insoportable y tampoco hay solución, os dijimos que las patatas estaban crudas y vuestra respuesta fue que no, que las patatas son así.

Os animo a que mejoréis la comida pero que sobre todo mejoréis el trato al...

We had an enjoyable dinner with friends all the dishes we tried were well executed. Solid cooking with a touch of sophistication, and the ingredients were great the artichokes were massive, the croquettes with flavours were carabinero and sea urchin were a nice upgrade. The deserts were all well done - nice textures and flavours. The meats were reasonably priced for the quality between Simmenthal and Wagyu the former I preferred for the flavour. The wagyu is not the super marbled Japanese wagyu (nor should it be at that price). Food came out quickly and service was well organized despite a busy night. The beef jamón was nice too.
