Atis Tirma Restaurante — Restaurant in Agüimes

A place packed with local people that does not lack charm. However this was probably the most disastrous experience I have ever had when it comes to having a family meal: Orders were mistakenly taken (I asked tenders which sit in the the menu as is I got kids menu chicken!!!!). Did not dare to even say word about it. I was told 30 mns after I ordered snails there weren’t any more. 2 consecutive errors were made, taking my dessert order ( the waitress came back 5 mn after my first order saying btw what did you order). Then she forgot one dessert. And no sorry at all, like yes when we did not have snails that’s a fact, me: but you could not tell me before? . Her: We did not know me: Mehh. Just start taking notes for orders, that will be a good start. Worse 85 euros and 2 hours(!!!!), I have ever spent....

This is an Restaurante but from outside looks like an pub so was confused when we went in and sat near the table and the waitress told us next time to wait to be seated. So for anyone coming in here please make sure this is an Restaurant and not a pub! Food had good flavor, fish was fresh, if you want to experience good Gran Canaria cooking this is an must to visit. We recommend the chickpeas with octubus, was amazing, fish soup was also very good, fresh fish was amazing but only downfall was the bones but hey its a fish.. The canarian desert was the best desert I have ever tried in my life. Compliments to the young chef, keep up...

An excellent place with very good food and friendly service. We have been in Gran Canaria for only a week and came here twice even though we stayed far away because we liked it quite a lot the first time. It's the best restaurant we ate in on the island in our week of stay there.

Please try the empanadas, they are great. As well as the Garbanzos soup. Our kid liked the chicken tenders with chips (we did as well). Other dishes were great as well.

The price was also cheaper than in most other places. It's a completely different (and better) experience compared to the restaurants...
