Ecco Mi Pizza — Restaurant in Alcúdia

The food took an hour to arrive and they served my vegetarian friend, who ordered a veggie pizza, a meat pizza. After already waiting an hour for the food in the first place, this was not acceptable. When we raised our concerns with the waiter and subsequently the owner, they were very rude and sarcastic, and refused to take any responsibility for serving us the wrong food. This completely ruined the experience for us , very rude owner who could not own up to her mistakes. I would recommend ordering from elsewhere where you have better service and staff...

I went to the place because my girlfriend checked on Google , recommended us it looked small but when you enter an waitress is ready to sit you down without no problem.
