I'm not usually one for excursions on holiday but I'm so glad we did this. We had been handed a leaflet on Alcudia beach by Rosa, an Irish lady, and she gave us her number in case we decided to go. The next day, we messaged her and she arranged everything for us to be picked up at a nearby hotel by friendly drivers, to go to the boat. The boat was perfect, not massive, really comfortable, and crewed by 3 welcoming guys. There was plenty of humour on board, some music as we went, and information about the trip. First stop Coll Baix bay, which was beautiful, and we dropped anchor there and were provided with masks (and or paddleboards) and allowed to jump off the boat into turquoise water to swim among the fish. All equipment provided. Drinks available to buy if you wished. Then a little further on, we popped into a cave or two and soaked up some more scenery along the coastline. It really was a fantastic experience with memories to treasure with my two teenage sons, in such a beautiful location. All communication before and during the trip was easy. Well worth the money. Highly recommend 👌🏽

We just got back from the sunrise trip to see the dolphins. Everything about this trip was fantastic. The boat crew were very friendly and knowledgeable and really made sure we had a great time and there was plenty of time to see the beautiful dolphins and take photos and videos. My husband and I are both OK with fast and bumpy boats, but some people were feeling sick because once you get out of the bay the waves are of course bigger so remember this if you're not great with bouncing around. Also, you should take a decent jacket. Blankets are provided, but a windproof coat is a good idea because you will be out in the open ocean and no matter how warm the air is, its chilly out there. For me, zooming along and bouncing and rolling into the sunrise with the wind in my hair was one of the highlights of my trip so far and I felt 100% safe at all times. Booking was easy and the bus was exactly on time to pick us up as agreed. I can't really say enough good things about this trip. A very professional company who really looks after their customers. Just book it. You won't regret it I promise.

I was abit apprehensive as my children are 3 (girl) and 7 (asd boy) however I need to have worried . The staff were brilliant and both my children swam In the sea and went on tje paddle board which was amazing to see! The life jackets were brilliant and allowed you to just float ... when my son got abit overwhelmed as he swallowed sea water and struggled to regulate one of the staff members gave him some bread and told him to feed the birds and watch the fish try to get the bread. This instantly calmed him down distracted him and redirected his attention. He then went back in the water . Everyone had an amazing time and we are so glad we decided to do the boat trip . The children keep repeating how much they loved the boat and we are the best parents for taking them ❤️

We went on a sunrise boat trip and it honestly felt like stepping into another world. The sea was calm, the early light soft and golden and then dolphins started appearing all around the boat, gracefully moving through the water from different directions.

One of them was called Rosita. The crew actually recognised her they’ve named several of the dolphins they regularly see. HOW cool is that?!

The crew made the whole experience even more special. Salvatore (our captain), Mariano (our guide), and Tiziano aka Mr. Napoli the sailor, were absolutely brilliant. Kind, funny, and incredibly knowledgeable. You could feel how connected they are to the sea. This isn’t just a job to them it’s a passion.

I did have a few seasick moments (unfortunately 😅), but they took such good care of me brought me a blanket, checked in, and made sure I felt okay, with no pressure at all. My boyfriend had an amazing time, and honestly, so did I, even while hanging over the side of the boat! There were dolphins everywhere, and the whole experience just had this peaceful, real energy.

These guys truly have the best job on the island and it shows. If you’re in Mallorca and want a magical, personal encounter with...

There are two problems here: One is not the operator’s fault: Google maps takes you to a different location than where the meeting point is. I don’t blame the tour operator for this. The second is the more egregious issue: the tour operator’s inability to listen to understand our questions. We tried calling several times and the call would not go through. Then we received a call from the operator, and as I tried to explain the situation, the lady would repeat herself over and over without listening to what I was saying. In the end, the tour left without us, which I understand completely, but here’s the part I am not willing to accept: This is a 9 hour tour. The tour operator would not even try to work with us to have us take a later part of the tour. She would keep repeating that the tour bus had to leave (which I already told her I accepted) but I wanted to know if we could catch up to board the train, at least! No answer other than, we can’t, we don’t have a way to talk to the tour guide (unlikely) you have to talk to Viator for any questions.

In the end, lost our tour, lost our money,...
