Super slow service. Really, really slow so you have to wait and waste a lot of times. Lots of fruit flies outside so it was terrible to eat while swatting the flies. The waiters had attitude as well. We asked to have the leftovers put in a container so we could take them back to the apt since we could not eat properly because of the flies but they threw them away! They were saying the policy is just to give us the container and we do it ourselves. But the first waiter (Female with glasses) took 2 dishes away. We said that was not our fault but the other waiter (young male) kept insisting the policy of just giving the container. Why keep insisting the policy that clearly that was not followed by them? It is as if that would absolve them of their fault. Really bad. The right thing to do is state that policy once, apologize, and rectify the situation. DO NOT GO THERE! Am sure there were other restaurants that have better food and service. Am pretty sure if the owner responds to this, it will just be blah blah of thanking me for my comments and they will try to solve the problem, i. e. Flies, staff attitude, long wait, etc. but nothing will be done. ¡¡Por dónde empezar!! Quiero pensar que tuvimos un mal día, pero después de leer algunas reseñas a posteriori, creo que no. Para empezar, contextualizo, éramos tres comensales, y dos de ellas con problemas digestivos, así que evitamos gluten y lactosa. Nos sentamos en la terraza, es bonita y hacía buen día. Pedimos el menú de 17€, un poco caro, pero la realidad de la zona es parecida. El menú pedimos: una ensalada (básica), de primero un arroz meloso con parmesano (que claramente no era parmesano)y unos macarrones (normales). Después churrasco, regular, carne un poco dura. Se llenó la terraza de gente, y ya el servicio empezó a ser muy lento y desorganizado, tanto para retirarnos los platos como para tomar nota de postres. El tema postres, pedimos opciones sin gluten y sin lactosa, y nos trajeron una panacotta, que al verla solicitamos que la retiraran, la cocinera nos dijo que efectivamente, lleva nata, que no tenían nada sin gluten y sin lactosa (ni siquiera fruta) y que nos la descontarían de la cuenta. Pedimos café e infusión, lo segundo no llegó nunca, aunque lo pedimos varias veces. La cuenta tardó también mucho en llegar, con todo incluido, cuando le dijimos al camarero lo que nos había dicho la compañera, que nos descontarían las panacottas, nos dijo que no, que iba dentro y que no podía hacer nada. ¡total, una experiencia nefasta y cara! Puedo entender que los menús son cerrados, pero si estas dando un servicio lento, unos clientes no están disfrutando bien del servicio y encima no pueden consumir el total de lo que ofreces, qué menos que tener una consideración, para que al menos quieran volver. Por último, sólo había 4 camareros para una gran cantidad de clientes, la cocinera nos dijo que lo sentía, que le habían fallado justo 2, pero por lo leído ahora, me da a mi que es muy normal que tengan poco personal.

No volvería nunca, una pena, al final siempre tendrán clientela porque es un reclamo turístico y tienen una buena ubicación, pero no es justo no dar un buen servicio. Creo que les da igual, que como somos clientes de paso, si no vamos unos,...

Overall not a good experience. The service was unfriendly and really slow, eventhough we had reservation so it wasn’t supprise for them that we would come.

The food was overcooked/dry and thesalad had the trunk of lettuce in it.

We took the daily menu, but they didn’t inform that only some drinks were included, so some of us had to pay, some not for drinks.

There’s also tons of flies and if you don’t cover your food or wave your hand constantly, you have immediately 5-10 flies on your food.
