Avoid this place.

The sushi quality is extremely disappointing. The rice is overly sweet, and the rolls are tiny but packed with rice. While size might not matter in an “all-you-can-eat” setup, there’s no balance in the flavors. All you taste is overly sweet rice and overly salty seaweed.

The food presentation is also misleading. The pictures on the iPad look very appealing, but the actual dishes are far from what’s advertised. For example, the tempura in the pictures looks authentic, but what arrives on the plate is nothing like it. The same goes for the ramen, which is subpar, and the fried rice, which looked more boiled than fried.

If you’re unfamiliar with sushi, as some of the positive reviewers might be, you may not notice the difference. For those who do know quality sushi, this is a letdown.

The service started well, with a friendly waitress, but later turned chaotic. They would drop fresh dishes onto the table before clearing the dirty ones, even pushing dirty plates aside to make room. The only efficient part of the experience was the bill, which came within seconds of asking for it.

Overall, this place feels like it doesn’t care about its customers or food quality. I could elaborate further, but there’s no point. If you’re looking for real sushi, look elsewhere. For context, check my other reviews—I’m not one to leave negative feedback lightly, but this experience...

No vuelvo en mi vida. La comida no está como otros sumo es muy mediocre y encima falta MUCHA gestión y personal. No vale el precio que tiene.

Lo primero, entramos al buffet a las 10:30 y nadie nos avisó de que la cocina cerraba a las 11-11:15, por lo que no tendríamos mucho tiempo para cenar.

En segundo lugar, pedimos una primera ronda de 15 platos (el máximo permitido) de los cuales llegaron 14, hasta ahí normal pues no sabíamos lo que vendría más adelante.

Más tarde, pedimos otra ronda de 15 platos, y a las 11 nos avisan de que quedaban 15 minutos para el cierrase cocina, por lo que pedimos 1 plato más en una tercera ronda antes de que cerrase a las 11:10.

Un total de 31 platos, de los que faltaron 9, y se nos restó tiempo para comer y pedir más.

Tras un servicio pobre (que no por culpa de los camareros ya que les faltaba personal) decidimos intentar hablar algún tipo de compensación porque ya es triste que en un buffet te den 30 minutos de pedir comida y ni si quiera te traigan lo que pides, y pagar 25 cada uno por eso…al final tras decidir no poner una hoja de reclamaciones (a la hora de pedirlo una de las camareras se altero de mas con nosotros…) me dijeron de ir al día siguiente a hablar con el encargado, q esa noche no estaba.

A todo esto, no fuimos los únicos, una familia al lado nuestra también les paso lo mismo y nos dio la razón antes de irse y nos felicitó por las maneras con las que dijimos las cosas.

Tras tener buena fe y volver al día siguiente, el encargado me dice que no me puede dar una compensación económica que lo único que me puede dar son unos cheques de descuento de 3 euros por menú….me dio 2 por persona y tuve que regatear para sacar “por lo menos” la mitad de lo que pagamos 12 de descuento cada uno. Las palabras del encargado fue “puede usarse en cualquier sumo”, pues para sorpresa nuestra y tras mucho debate solo se puede usar 1 cupón por buffet…vamos que 12 euros de descuento si pagas...

The sushi, it is a very normal food ( not sushi), for the Nigeri, they use too much rice than a normal sushi, you can not taste the fish or other material. For other food, quite a taste of fast food, but the price is higher than other restaurants. I do not recommend this restaurant. I know they open this restaurant a few months, if they continue to make the food like this, I do not think they will have many customers, we all work around, many of us had already decided not to come here for the 2nd time. Good location but really normal food, I prefer to take Jr. Carl’s, Gino’s, VIPS, other restaurants, at least the fish...
