La Tagliatella — Restaurant in Alcobendas

No physical menu. That’s already a no-no. They are following the green utopist by saving paper and wasting thousand times more energy instead. Restaurants like this, pretending to be high service should have a physical menu. Water is only in small bottles. Do not order salads. They are just the same dry salads you get in the grocery shop in plastic bags. Pizza are better but, paper thin. Pastas a bit better but, they are not from high quality ingredients. They are from the chip grocery stores. In overall very overpriced. Service from Latinos was not good in our case. Do not recommend this La Tagliatella. There are others better that aren’t with Chinese...

Came here yesterday for the first time and was very highly impressed!! Excellent food and quality for a chain restaurant I must say! The pizzas and starters were delicious and the spaghetti ragu I chose was honestly one of the tastiest I have ever had! Friendly staff and very nice atmosphere too. Will surely come back here soon and cannot...

Fuimos al Rte a celebrar 2 cumpleaños todo bien, el camarero que nos atendió todo perfecto, comida perfecta.... y la sorpresa al pagar que teníamos un código dto. por cumpleaños que habíamos avisado al hacer la reserva vinieron 2 chicas una dijo ser la encargada y otra chica que nos trató de un modo como nunca me han tratado en un Rte. alzando la voz, diciendo que ella entiende de leyes y con un trato peor imposible....... no quiso decir su nombre la encargada que en todo momento nos atendió correctamente al marcharse esta camarera se acerco a pedirnos disculpas porque su compañera HABÍA PERDIDO LOS PAPELES..... creo que esto lo dice todo el trato que recibimos por parte de esta persona. Me dirijo a la dirección de Tagliatella que no se como una cadena de Rtes así tiene a un personal que trata así a sus cliente porque nosotras fuimos 6 y las 6 coincidimos en NO VOLVER A ESTE RTE. por el trato de dicha camarera que solo se acercó a darnos un trato pésimo.
