Very Disappointing Experience

We went to dine last Thursday night and were extremely disappointed with the way we were treated. Upon arrival, we were offered a table near the on-site park, which seemed ideal—until we realized it couldn’t accommodate three highchairs for our toddlers. When we asked to move to a larger, empty table just behind us, the staff refused, saying it was reserved for eight adults—even though the restaurant was only half full.

We were then left waiting without assistance, while staff ignored us. After about 20 minutes, we decided to leave. When we voiced our concerns to the manager, he dismissively told us he didn’t care, as he could make more money from guests who actually pay—clearly referencing our toddlers, who eat free.

We've tried "open buffet asian food" a lot in our lives, but this maybe one of the best. Not so far from Valencia and inside a big commercial Center, lies this gem of excellent food, great service and amazing decorations. You have many options of tables that are special and each with a different artistic-japanese art. The system of this open buffet is not the regular "grab a plate and fill it from the tables" protocol. Rather, you choose what you want from a wide variety of dishes of all Asian cuisine, and the employees get them in a really fast manner. You can choose 4 items per person every round and you have an unlimited number of rounds. We went on Friday night, which is considered like the weekend and thus we paid 25 euros per person, a very fair price for the high quality food and atmosphere. We absolutely loved our visit here! The decorations and design are so beautiful and made for a great atmosphere and dining experience.

And the food was delicious! Every dish that came to our table smelt so good! Everything was so flavoursome and fresh. The presentation of each plate was really well done.

You can order whatever you like via the tablet attached to your table. There’s no limit on how many orders you can put in, however, there is a certain number of plates per order. This is pretty normal with this style of dining; to prevent wastage of food.

By the end of our meal, we were trying to decide when we could come back to Valencia, just so we could visit SushiTokyo...
