1. Chef and kitchen staff do not wear masks at all. The waiters are constantly removing their masks and are the majority of time without them. Owner was sitting inside with no mask at all. We are in a pandemic and you are making and serving food!!
2. Very bad customer service. Waiters were fighting with eachother in front of customers. Two of them were yelling at eachother for at least 10 minutes. Owner was leaning against bar texting on his phone. Waiters forgot customer orders. Waiters never checked on customers, we constantly were out of drinks, had empty plates, were missing items, etc.
3. Very slow service. We arrived at 15:40. At 17:30 we were still waiting for some of our food to arrive.

The conditions are not safe for a pandemic. The waiters have terrible customer service skills. The food is very slow to arrive. In...

We arrived and there were about 40 people, they told us that the service would be slow and we would have to wait and be patient. There were many tables empty. We agreed, it didn’t seem caotic. We noticed they told this to every person that came asking for place.

We asked for bruschettas and after 1 hour we requested’em again and they brought’em cold, toasted.

My husband orderer pasta and I pizza, after 1.40h they brought him the pasta and told me I’d still had to wait because the cooking was different timing ¿? really?

“Te lo dije/ I told you” said the waiter. Horrible service. We canceled the pizza and asked for the ticket; at the end, the pizza guy said “you should go eat pizza somewhere else”, I will 😄....

The food is really good unfortunately very unprofessional stuff waiting time far too long we waited 15 minutes I front of the restaurant while the stuff completely ignored us we were seated at the end and because we had no reservation we were last to be served all other guests who came after us were served we were the last to be served extreamly lo g waiting time for the food pasta far to small portions for at least 17 euros pizza was good very arrogant stuff we live just 4 minutes walk away from the restaurant but will not go back...
