I DON`T RECOMMEND ! WARNING !! I've never been to a worse hotel. I am warning everyone !!

The lady at the reception was very rude, she talked about us in front of other employees. It made my stay very difficult. Breakfast - very little choice (sandwich, pancake, muesli or croissant). For extra things, i.e. one egg, cheese you have to pay 1 euro extra. The cleaning lady stole our private item in the room !! I had to pay 2 euro for a few ice cubes. We couldnt invite friends to the room or to the balcony. The staff told us that she would call the police if the guests didnt leave my room. (it was 7 p.m.)!! Why ? I don`t know. Sitting on the balcony at 9:00 pm, the receptionist came into my room without my permission. She screamed that she would call the police even though I was quiet and there was no curfew. The receptionist was shouting at us when we come back after 12 at night. The waiter wanted to lend me a sun umbrella for the beach but later the receptionist forbade it.

The only plus point was the distance to the beach (700 meters) and waiter. I can't find any other pluses.

I do not recommend it very much. I will never go back there, even if they offer to stay for free. I felt like in prison not...

DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL! The worst experience I've ever had. The staff is absolutely rude. The way as they talk to you, serve you breakfast is like you're the worst enemy. Maybe the reason was that we weren't Spanish. They didn't try to communicate in English (International language) and the rude lady, who is the main receptionist, was picking couple of times even on my child (5 year old) talking (not shouting) at the breakfast, that it was too loud for her (other quests were shocked with her behaviour). It's January so I didn't use the pool, but I'm happy that I didn't spend much time here.

The room was small and clean, but nothing in it- no kettle, no tea. They've got a sign that you're not allowed to eat in the room. It's not a hotel. It's a shelter where people treat you like you're the second cathegory. You pay them for being treated like you owe them something. They themselves spoke Ukrainian/Russian.

Just because a small beach is nearby and a car park where there's plenty space around, is not worth the experience.

The worst hotel experience I've ever had. This hotel was absolutely not as advertised and I would not recommend to anyone. The room was unclean with marks on the sheets and in the bathroom. The room smelt of smoke and was supported with a scorch mark on the side table. My partner is asthmatic so we could not risk staying in the room. I asked for a refund however the manager could not speak english so this request was lost in translation. I reached out to booking.com and the hotel to receive a refund however I got a £2.70 gesture of goodwill. Disappointing is an understatement. This should not be...
