Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Alicante

The staff was really nice, but not able to follow an order properly... We asked for a vegan pepperoni pizza, they gave us a real pepperoni pizza... We asked them to change it as my wife is vegan and doesn't eat cheese or meat. They cooked another one and added tuna on it... Maybe it's difficult to understand what veganism is, but I don't think it's difficult to follow a recipe with 3 ingredients (tomato sauce, vegan cheese, vegan pepperoni). Luckily the 3rd pizza was finally done in the proper way. And I will not speak about the friends of the staff going in the kitchen and vaping inside the restaurant while customers...

It was my B day. All places was closed and we decide to go here. Took family size and drinks. Around 25 euro. Looks not bad. Cool that can take half and half. But it can be eaten if you have normal taste. All that is so sweet. Sumar every thing in that. The taste like are so far from italy there never tried pizza before. For me its question how Spanish people with there nice bread and cheese can by that!!?? Never again, better be hungry. 20 minutes after I didn't know what to eat or drink to stop that aftertaste....

Llamo por teléfono y pido una pizza de 2 ingredientes, cuando llegó es una pizza totalmente de queso y pollo cuando había pedido barbacoa y carne vacuno también,le pido que me la haga en condiciones que no voy a comer una pizza de queso y pollo. Me dice textualmente que me la va a hacer pero a regañadientes frase textual suya, espero a que me la repitan, y resulta que está vez sí que lleva bien de carne, bien de pollo, hiper extra de queso pero no tiene sabor a barbacoa por lo que a regañadientes me la ha repetido sin echarle casi salsa barbacoa . Me dice que me devuelve el dinero pretendiendo que me quede sin cenar esta noche. Y un empleado muy simpático que se llama Sergio, mi salvador de quedarme sin cenar esta noche, me ofrece barbacoa en un envase y termino comiéndola. Conclusiones: vivo alado, suelo pedir pizza en este sitio por lo que me considero un cliente habitual, y quería dejarme sin cenar el empleado de dicho restaurante. El empleado creo que encargado Santiago del establecimiento de Av historiador Vicente Ramos en Alicante. He recibido un trato patético de cara al público no se puede trabajar así, con esas maneras tan secas tan escuetas y con tanto desprecio a los clientes y a las personas que acudimos a restaurantes de comida rápida! Que le suban el sueldo porque se nota el ambiente de amargamiento que hay en el local y transmite ese hombre...
