HEY TEA（Cake & bubble tea ） — Restaurant in Alicante

the waitress was so bad! we entered the bar at 16:30 and ordered drinks, we asked how many minutes before ordering because we had to go to the bus station, the bus would leave at 17:00, she replied that we would have to wait 8-10 minutes and we agreed and paid the amount we ordered for food and drinks, then we had to wait almost 20 minutes without any response from the staff, when we hurriedly urged her she didn't say a word to us, she acted like we didn't exist, so bad and we had to lose the money without drinks and food, then we hurriedly ran to the bus station, I will never come back again because the money we spent is not worth it, you treat me...

Slow service on a weekday afternoon (there was only 3 of us). The matcha latte I got was decent but the matcha flavour was watered down with lots of tea; I've had better quality ones for the same price. We had trouble communicating in English with the staff when the tapioca balls ran out but luckily we had a Mandarin speaker with us who saved the day and we got a coconut jelly replacement instead.

We also ordered their matcha cheesecake and it is OUT OF THE WORLD. It was so delicious and I wished we had more time the next day to buy more. Highly recommend despite the expensive price...

Es un lugar con decoración muy bonita que transmite paz.

El servicio fue bueno al finalizar, se despidieron con amabilidad y dándonos una sonrisa. Cuando llegamos a duras penas nos saludaron o nos indicaron donde sentarnos, fue un poco raro. Suponemos que estaban bastante ocupadas por eso un poco la actitud.

Tiene variedad de productos preparados asiáticos. Tienen obrador ara sus productos .

Mi ilusión era probar un babble tea con los típicos toques de gelatina en cuadraditos y las esferas de sabores. Pero me sirvieron un té con gelatina sin las esferas que le dan su nombre al producto. No tenía sabor a nada especial y me quedé decepcionada por esa parte.

Probamos también el pastel de colores. Sabor delicado y biscocho suave que no era demasiado empalagoso. Muy rico. Una tarta de pistacho que no recuerdo mucho de ella.

Otra cosa que nos gustó fue una bebida de maracuyá deliciosa que no quieres que se acabe de lo buena que está, también es bastante dulce.

Pedimos unos pastelitos para llevar que no ponía el precio, pero nos los llevamos. He de decir que no me parecieron buenos. Pero para gustos colores. Creo que son caros para lo que aportan, en mi caso nada.

Gastamos 30 euros entre dos. Dos bebidas, dos trozos de tarta, dos pastelitos. Volveremos a probar otras cosas. La primera experiencia con claroscuros.

Recomendaría retirar el peluche de la pantera rosa, se ve sucio e interrumpe la armonía de la decoración, además que tiene moho....
