McDonald's — Restaurant in Alicante

In the big Alicante city, this McDonald’s is one of my favorites. Remember one time last summer I came with my son Benjahmin and we agreed to pass by the drive thru in that time but we also agreed on playing a prank to the staff of McDonald’s the play will be to start to speak English with them and in no point we brake carácter. So we did, we stop in front of the speaker and i start having my order speaking only English haha ! Because in Spain not every body speak this lenguaje or at lease those who do they don’t do it good because school system prefer to invest in teaching Valenciano but that is another history. Any ways the lady start to get nervous because she couldn’t understand my words. At some time she decides to call a work partner to help her out with the order but this guy didn’t speak English either!! They did they best to lead me to the next window to complete my order witch I did. Now at this point we are face to face but we didn’t break carácter. Benjahmin was with my phone all the time filming the video that I will later will post on my YouTube channel. In some point the lady who was helping us saw my son filming and told me right away to stop filming so I try to splain her that he was just playing and he continues filming no problem. Finally we get our orden and I realize something that I share with my son. I told him ... this people work very hard in this restaurant, they work even more hours that those that they will suppoused to and not get extra paid and yet they attend us trying to do there best so we could get or order with an original smile. They were very friendly and kind. So I let feel my son in that moment an intention of respect for then and till today that respect remain. So to conclud my review this place is history for me and my son and every time we come back we always have...

Sencillamente increíble. 28/09/2023. Pasamos por el McAuto, pedimos 5 menús, llegamos a casa y una hamburguesa DOBLE BOURBON viene ... Sin ninguna de las 2 hamburguesas dentro!! Después de varias llamadas al telf. que aparece en Google Maps, les cuento el tema y finalmente el encargado dice que recibiré por mail una invitación para paliar el error... Esa misma tarde lo recibo. Todo correcto. Hoy 20/11/2023, para celebrar un evento familiar, decidimos "celebrarlo" con un McDonalds y cenar en casa. Aprovechamos para canjear la invitación del error anterior... Llegamos a casa y OTRO ZASCA!! Se han olvidado la hamburguesa de un menú... Y casualmente la de la protagonista del evento familiar!! En esta ocasión, tras 10 llamadas nadie me coge el teléfono y decido perder 10 min. en dejar esta reseña ... A ver, entiendo que es casualidad, que es cuestión de estadística, que todos somos humanos...Pero que pase 2 veces seguidas... Se te queda cara de gil*as.

Y ojo, que no digo que nunca más vaya a volver, porque tengo 3 peques y es el más cercano a mi casa, pero me he jurado a mí mismo que "NUNCA MAIS", que la próxima vez que pida un McAuto en el restaurante de Doctor Rico, con toda mi paciencia y sintiéndolo por el coche que tenga detrás, voy a revisar todos los menús uno por uno, punteando todo el pedido.

Sr. encargado, ya tiene mi email: busque en su correo de salida el mail enviado el 28/09/23 a las 19:38h. Asunto: Pedido 102. Puede enviar de nuevo otra invitación para paliar este nuevo error. En este caso el menú que ha venido sin hamburguesa ha sido la Mc Pollo. Si quiere investigar algo más, he sido el pedido para llevar nº 147 de hoy 20/11/23 (Se adjunta foto).

Deja vu... Acabo de recordar que el año pasado por junio celebramos otro cumple familiar en la urba y de unos 13 ó 14 menús, faltaron 4 de patatas, 1 caja grande de alitas y un par de bebidas.

Al lío. Imaginen que hacen un pedido a Amazon y de 8 artículos vienen 7. No es mala nota... Un notable alto o algo así, verdad?

Quiero decir que, si de cada 100 pedidos, salen 94 perfectos, hay 2 lecturas: 1- No es mala nota, no? sería un sobresaliente. 2- La otra lectura es que al 6% de los clientes les han estropeado la comida o cena, y creedme que si tienes una comida familiar o con amigos, no mola nada quedarte sin comer.

Lo que quiero decir es que me da igual si los camareros son chavales jóvenes o estudiantes, por eso me quiero centrar en el protocolo que debería haber a la hora de revisar los pedidos o en formación que deben recibir los empleados.

Quick service, sanitation is questionable

My mother and I went to McDonald's last week.

I liked that you can order offline and online on the tablets in café.

When I went to the toilet the door wasn't working and there was a horrible smell. I know that the toilet is public, but still they should have some sanitary rules.

I liked that they prepared it fast, and for both of us all cost only 20 euros. The food was warm and tasty.

I liked this type of fast food as the service was also polite, but the sanitary leaves much...
