We walked in this restaurant around 10.20pm. They sat us straight away, and left us about 10 minutes without menu. When one of the waiter brought the menu he told us that rice base dishes took more than 25 minutes to arrive which it wasn’t a problem. We ordered with a lady around 10.40. We ordered 5 starters and a paella, we received the first starter at 11.20 ( CRAZY) and from there we waited other 20 minutes for another one to arrive, and the rest arrived after other 10 minutes. Ok it’s a tapas concept but waited way too long for starters to arrive. We realised that few tables waited long as us. Ah and 1 of the starter is been delivered to the wrong table, and after few minutes waiter realised and took it from there to bring it to us. After all this no one came to us to apologise or explain. 5 minutes before the paella was served one of the waiter came to us explained that they had a kitchen issue and told us that paella was about to be delivered. That was at 00.20. Food wasn’t that good. Menu online is not properly made. People are nice but maybe you should avoid to speak at the phone while speaking with a guest, or going to have a break instead of explaining to your guest what us going on. Bill was brought and I took my cash to pay. The waiter then decide to STRAIGHT AWAY collect the cash that I was about to count & he didn’t even let me time to count it. There was a small difference of change that he never brought back. To be fair they brought us a small spoon dessert at the end on the house. Didn’t help tho. What to say? Not...
Read moreI have very mixed feelings about this restaurant. Some of the dishes were good (lamb hamburger, pulpo, croquetas, brownie) some were good but super small portion (black paella was good but not enough for two) and some were just bad (rice was not cooked, no squid in the baby squid paella). The Sangria tasted like orange juice mixed with sprite and when we asked for some bread they bought a basket with one tiny bun in it. 😂 The air conditioning was on full blast and we were freezing but for some reason they couldn't turn it down until we paid the bill. All in all, we will not be returning... just...
Os...
