I really want to give this place 5 stars. The food is very good. But some portions are less than tapas size and most less than medio. My husband had the pork cheeks at €12. Two tiny cheeks and a tiny artistic smear of sweet potato. As delicious as it was it would not have fed a child let alone a grown man. I specifically asked if the menu was tapas/raciones and was told 'entera' so leads you to belive main course size. We shared a noodle dish as a starter, again very good as was my octopus. The service was shambolic - I had to ask 3 times for a menu and twice for water. A drinks order was forgotten and needed reminding. We had to ask for napkins. If the menu is designed as a tapas tasting menu they need to be clear. If it isn't, they need to be clear about that too. In addition to the girl behind the bar, and a very polite young man who helped serve, there was 4 waiting staff. Fair enough 2 waiting inside and 2 outside, but it wasn't particularly busy and the service really ought to have been better. Overall,...
Read moreGreat location/views outside - provided you know how to get there through very narrow streets and find a parking space that doesn't involve a good walk. Went for lunch to test for dinner party with friends from Murcia. Thank goodness! Inside up some steep stairs to dining room with no atmosphere. Food was average to poor with two of our four dishes heavily over salted. One was offered as being a Gambas dish, (I thought 4 small Gambas was testing the description to the extreme). The shared salad to start was also skimped in terms of supposedly including dates. Maybe two, shredded, would be an exaggeration. And no-one enquired if everything was ok or if we had enjoyed our meal! I wonder why. Looking elsewhere for our...
