Firstly I will honestly state the food here is very good. But I cannot stomach the attitude from service. Not warranted or needed. The customer service here is bad and salted with extra sarcasm. The worst thing is the Irish descent lady that served us ... Well I think she was trying to be funny but comes off as a little on the bitter and resentful side. Such a shame, every question asked was met with a "witty" retort, just on the wrong side of the damp Isles of begrudging Ireland. Not indicative of the sunny isle of fureventure. She should have left that at home. The menu option was huge, not in a good way. Too many choices with nothing eye catching. You end up flipping through the menu several times, and end up picking something of convenience. The 7UP was bottled Aldi sugar free version, which she aloofly avoided from stating when questioned. After that when paying the bill she over charged us, didn't offer a receipt... And if I am perfectly honest, I don't think the transaction went though the official books. She charged 42 euros, the burger and ribs came to 30 euros, this means two 7UPs and bottle of water cost 12 euros. When I paid she didn't print a receipt from the till. On top of that she didn't use the credit card machine to accept payment. She used her personal phone, on an NFC app. Which is not only highly irregular but I know that generally this is how service staff accept tips. The whole experience from start to finish was weird and sent off alarm bells. I would go back for the food, just as long as you don't have to order it from the owner.

Lo más sorprendente es que a pesar de que la mascarilla es de uso obligatorio, TANTO EL DUEÑO, CAMARERO COMO COCINERO NO LA LLEVABAN PUESTA O LA LLEVABAN POR DEBAJO DE LA NARIZ. Me parece una falta de respeto. El dueño se paseaba por las mesas hablando sin mascarilla, no sé si eran conocidos o no pero el tema es que estamos en un establecimiento público y no hay excepciones de no usar la misma.
29/09/2020: Buenas tardes, no me voy a quedar con las ganas de contestar este mensaje suyo. Le parecerá fuera de tono pero es la realidad, hay una ley que a pesar de que puedas mantener la distancia de seguridad tanto en un establecimiento público como cerrado es obligatorio llevar mascarilla cosa que ustedes han incumplido por completo. Las medidas de seguridad no es solo tener un dosificador de gel a la entrada, y si tuviese alguna duda debería de leer bien las normas y aplicarlas en su establecimiento. Si que nos deberíamos de haber levantado e irnos pero por educación y respeto no lo hicimos pero si que le dijimos al camarero que la mascarilla se la colocase correctamente. Por comentarios como el mío la gente deja de ir a establecimientos como el suyo en los que no se mantiene la seguridad y se fomenta el ir a aquellos lugares que si sean capaces de garantizarla. Cuando yo salgo con amistades o familiares ustedes desconocen si vivimos o convivimos en la misma casa y si no mantuvimos la distancia de seguridad es porque en la mesa que ustedes nos ofrecieron no se podía mantener, pero también es responsabilidad nuestra con quien quedamos y con quien no. Lo que es inadmisible es estar sentada en una mesa y ver al dueño recorrerse el resto de mesas sin mascarilla y hablando con la clientela como si nada. Si a ustedes les llega sanidad o cualquier inspección tenga por seguro que le cae una buena multa. Me parece un comentario muy desacertado el de que una persona que esté en ERTE o PARO no se preocupa porque le llega su sueldo mensualmente, pero no sé si usted es consciente de que eso no dura toda la vida y el sueldo que las familias cobran va disminuyendo a medida que transcurren los meses por lo cual me parece un comentario muy desafortunado por su parte hacia...
