Hit or miss with the staff. We have eaten here at least 5 times over the last year and you are met with either a welcoming person who is happy to have you there or a very rude person who acts like your visit is a complete annoyance to them. We ate here this evening and were met with the latter. Our server (who also happened to look exactly like Mario and will therefore be referred to as such) was incredibly rude the entire visit; he barked at us when asking for drinks and snatched the menus from my hand when we were finished ordering as if he was inconvenienced to receive them. Several other customers came in after us and appeared to be dealt with in the same manner, so luckily it wasn't just our clothes or looks that warranted the attitude, he was just miserable in general. He forgot to bring some oil that we had asked for after saying he would, and I ended up just walking up to the counter to get it myself. Since he never came back to the table, I eventually walked up to another waiter to ask for another drink and was told he would get it. I then waited at the counter so they wouldn't forget this time. He ended up coming back with Mario in tow but proceeded to ignore me, so I asked him again for the drink. This was apparently asking for too much and I was told very annoyingly to go back to my table and it would be "one second" as if I was being impatient. A different waiter ended up brining the drink and I noticed Mario left the restaurant shortly after. I guess working his shift was just too much for him to handle. I dealt with someone who seemed to be the manager while paying and he was very polite and cheerful, but I was already set off by Mario and just wanted to leave. If the manager had dealt with us and the other customers instead I'm sure I would have felt different. The food was excellent as always since the kitchen is obviously staffed with much better people, but the staff member we dealt with this evening spoiled the entire visit. I don't like spending my money at a place where I am made to feel like an inconvenience and have to put up with an attitude from the server. I would rather just be told to leave before I sit down and I will happily go somewhere else so I don't have to deal with their childish behavior.

We visited last night, a group of nine of us. Food and service was excellent, we were all impressed. As a group we all spend a lot of time in Tenerife and seemed like we’d all found our new favourite Italian. Unfortunately after receiving our bill none of us will be returning or recommending the restaurant. Our 11 year old son had ordered a ham and pineapple ‘Hawaii’ pizza. We found on receiving the bill we had been charged €35 for this one pizza!! All other pizzas being around the €12 mark. We thought this was obviously an error but after asking 3 members of staff we were told that it was correct. We checked the menu and sure enough the ‘Hawaii’ pizza had the price of €35 euros…. Their justification… they don’t serve pineapple on pizza in Italy so if you want it, that is the price. Bearing in mind the restaurant is situated right next to a Mercadona supermarket selling pineapple… this isn’t something hard to come by in the Canary Islands… Why have this on the menu if it is such a delicacy that it warrants a €35 price tag? So easy for someone, especially a child to order inadvertently. Why not ensure people are definitely aware of the price if ordered? Is having a €35 pizza on the menu worth the disappointed customers and damage to reputation? We let the staff very clearly know we were unhappy with this and wouldn’t be returning if made to pay €35 for a pizza, however they insisted that it was correct and seemed pretty pleased with themselves… Also be careful with drinks and any extras ordered- €10 for a Vodka & Lemonade… etc

Absolutely outstanding !!! Warm greeting on arrival and drink order taken whilst we perused the menu ( scan a qr code - no paper menu ) For starters we had the aubergine parmagiana and it was spot on ... packed full of favour and cooked to perfection. Then we shared a diavola pizza with fries , the pizzas are in a neopolitan style so nice and thin with a raised crust ... soooo good I could just eat one now 😆 so full credit to the two chefs working their magic with a authentic oven. Staff were lovely and looked after us very well. Prices are fair and personally I would have paid more... it was that good ! I recommend you book a table ( we did ) as it did get very busy with a queue outside. Ciao Toto is now on our list of must visit again and it should be on yours. Enjoy.

Just avoid. Food is disgusting and service is equally as bad. There's a far better Italian restaurant across the street - they don't serve pizza but don't let that out you off, the food quality and service is far superior.

Unfortunately I didn't take a photo of the inedible pizza I was served as I was hoping to resolve the issue quickly and quietly with staff but that was impossible in this case. This is by far the worst food I have experienced in Tenerife and the service is no better. When my drink came to the table the glass was dirty. As I didn't want to cause a fuss I decided to just drink from the bottle. When the pizzas arrived one was so saturated with oil that the base had disintegrated. I showed this to staff who became defensive and argumentative, getting several staff members to come and tell me that this was what the pizza was supposed to be like. The second pizza arrived without cheese, which was not stated anywhere on the menu. We chose not to complain about the second as it was at least edible, but it certainly was not nice. Save your money and go...
