ZARA — Local services in Arona

I bought these embellished sandles and did not receive a cover for it, (there is always a white cotton bag for Sandles which is given for hygiene purposes) when is asked for the cover, the lady on the counter her name was Alba says, “these covers are only provided in online orders and we have stopped giving it since very long”. Another colleague of alba on the same counter agreed to what I was saying but did not say much because she knew her colleague alba was wrong. I requested them to just give me one bag as I am buying clothes which are all sequence and would get spoilt. After discussing and explaining her my point, Alba called her another colleague n told her to get the white bag from the bottom floor but eventually alba went down n dint come back, when I asked her colleague she spoke very rudely to me and said it’s just down but one has to walk so she would be back soon. I understand sales can be busy but there were not too many people, I was the last in the que to pay, so not sure why they a were so rude for a simple request. Zara is one of my favorite brand and have been buying a lot from here, never I have had such an experience especially...

Just your usual Zara store selling womens clothes,shoes and accessories. Parking right next to the store is €1.50 an hour. I would use it as you will drive around for 15mins looking for a free space then end up using the parking garage anyway. Very busy at the weekends. Also has a small shopping mall across the road from Zara so no need to get In your car to do...
