Krishna Tanwani is the Manager and son on Sunil Tanwani the owner.... hahaha... so believe all you like. We purchased a watch in june 2015. By October 22nd it did not work. It was returned to Seiko UK for a complete change of movement. It broke again 6 weeks later. We returned to Tenerife in June 2016 with the broken watch having spoken to Conchi. The idea being that we could pick it up at the end of the holiday. This was not to be. Communication was poor and after returning the wrong watch to us, we eventually received the watch 2 months later! It is now the beginning of November and guess what the watch has yet again ceased to work. Spoken to Krishna and after a stressful and angry exchange with him he tells me the company policy is not to offer refunds to customers. So beware if you purchase a faulty good. He is however after protracted conversation prepared to pay for the postage to send it to them for Seiko to once again look at it. In the meantime I have no watch and will be without one. A desired solution given that the movement has been replaced twice would be a refund. But thats not forthcoming from...

It was love at first sight as soon as I noticed the necklace in the window outside walking by, I knew it was mine. I went in and the ladies were wonderful. Very helpful and fun! I had such a great time. I spent an unplanned little fortune but well...we live once and it is important to reward ourselves for all the hard work we do and life difficulties we come across as women. I promised to CONCHI that I would write this review to share my experience with all of you. Conchi, I am sorry for the delay as my trip was in January but I didn't forget and uphold my promise.

Overall, I don't regret a second and every day I wear it, not only I love it more but it reminds me of the good time I had in Tenerife and with the ladies at GEMS Jewellery. Beside it, everytime I have it on, I get compliments from women and men especially when it's sunny. The emerald looks amazing as well as the little diamonds around shinning like... Diamonds 😉 I also got the certificate of authenticity along with the necklace. I can't wait to go back to Tenerife and go back find another gems at GEMS...

I recently visited Gems jewellers while on holiday in Tenerife and purchased a stainless steel necklace from the Lotus brand.
