Things seemed good in the beginning, nice atmosphere, nice looking place. Waiter seemed a bit on the edge but ok. We took as entrees the seafood soup, and the tuna salad, which were very good, and promised good for the mains. For the mains I had the paella valenciana, and she had the red tuna. On the paella, the chicken, which there was 1 small piece, was clearly frozen, tasted bad for the price, and the rabbit, which there were 5 pieces, was 4/5 bone. The rice in the paella tasted like it had been prepared earlier and microwaved for this dish. The red tuna, she said the tuna was ok, but the tomato sauce, not that good. She said it tasted kind of like ketchup, I tasted it from her.. and, it was ketchup. 99,99% sure of it, everyone knows how ketchup tastes like. Now, things happen in restaurants and customers can still leave happy. Here though, when I explained the situation friendly, and asked if it was possible to have for example more chicken on the paella, it was no go. Also with the tuna, according to the waiter there was no problem with the sauce. We paid over 100 euros, for what I can describe as one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had in my life. In every other restaurant of this price range, if there has been a problem with a dish, the restaurants have made their best to make the customers happy. Here, absolutely, nothing. I don’t know if this was because we had sun burnt faces, and seemed to them like tourists that will never return, and thus won’t matter. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this restaurant for anyone, whether living in Tenerife...
Read moreAfter a week eating in wonderful restaurants, we decided to have a paella and this was the restaurant with the most recommendations, so we went, me and my partner.
Soon after the reception, we realized that the service would be formal. from the 2 waters
I was in doubt whether to eat a paella or another specialty of the house, as it is a restaurant specializing in rice, the attendant told me that my chosen dish was like a risotto, but in fact it looked more like a soup. It wasn't bad, but nothing like the texture of the risotto, bad information about the dish. The starters were very good. The wine indicated, also very poorly presented, was very good, but it was opened and placed without a word from the waiter, who didn't even show us the bottle, which happens to have a very interesting design.
The food and also the water that we ordered was also placed on the table with some brutality. we had to call him a few times for some corrections and when we asked for the dessert menu, he started to speak with a speed that in the last one I couldn't remember the first one.
And the most interesting thing came at the end, when we asked to pay, of course, he brutally placed the bill on the table and when we put the card for payment, he himself took the card without a word, put it in the machine, just said "pin" without even least give us the chance to add a tip, even for the...

The cuisine? Absolutely divine. Every dish was a masterclass in flavor and presentation. The fish — fresh, tender, and expertly prepared — was a true standout, and each bite revealed the chef’s dedication to quality and detail. It’s rare to find such freshness paired with such artistry.
