We had dinner and breakfast at Trigo and thoroughly enjoyed both, although dinner was the star of the show. For dinner, the menu mainly consisted of pizzas, with a few kinds of pasta and calzone options. The pizza was a hit! It was crispy and cooked perfectly, and you could taste each ingredient. Is this the kind of place you’d want to support? Certainly not. There are many other great restaurants where customers are treated with fairness, respect, and are free from racist behavior.
