We chose this restaurant as all of the others along the strip catered for the "English" palate and we wished to try something Spanish or even local.

The ceviche scallops were a treat, the flesh was "cooked" by the lemon perfectly.
All of the dishes we selected were excellent albeit a little on the pricey side.
The staff were friendly and the service was initially slow but picked up as the afternoon progressed. We were the first customers of the day and they had only just opened up.
