Google Reviews …we feel that you have let us down on this occasion! The reviews suggest a score of more than 4 (which is the reason we went there) but in our view, it deserved no more than a 2 (maybe plus a tiny bit!!). The staff were not friendly and they certainly weren’t attentive (we were not needy but we expected our order to be taken within about 10 mins of been handed the menus - I’d say it took 20 mins to take our order and the place wasn’t very busy!). When we eventually got the food, what we got was average at best! The bread with starters was under-baked. Both starters were just about warm (prawn dishes x 2) and our main courses (2 x beef dishes) were probably cooked yesterday and heated up before serving them to us today. Booked my table back in August & confirmed that day of going 29/09. Outside was very busy with a great atmosphere & the staff keeping up with the demand of their customers. Ourselves, we took a table inside overlooking the seating outside. The service was amazing & the drinks were on the table within minutes of ordering.
