I had the desire to visit a churrería in Arrecife, well, this was a disappointment! The waiter seemed to be rude. Ok, I was here for the churros and a coffee with milk. 'half a porción', 'sight' not possible because a portion is 5 😒. So after ordering 4 pieces and a coffee he comes back with 2 and a chocolate. Ok, chocolate is nice and good with churros, but it is not coffee. And not thick enough to stick to the churros. And the 'star shaped' churros were cold. Bad experience. I ordered again my cafe con leche, it came in a more expensive coffee cup than the normal cafe con leche glass. The 5€ I put on the table were pulled away, I had to go to the counter to request my change. Why did you think I would leave a tip for this kind of service? Not...

Churrería Hubara in Arrecife offers a no-frills, local experience that’s perfect for a casual stop, especially if you're craving something sweet. The churros were freshly made, crisp on the outside and tender inside—simple but well-executed. I also enjoyed a very good barraquito, nicely layered and flavorful, just as it should be.

That said, the overall atmosphere felt a bit disorganized, with a somewhat chaotic service flow and limited attention to table maintenance. While this didn’t detract too much from the food itself, it did affect the overall experience slightly.

Su comida será muy buena pero el trato es pésimo y va de mal en peor. Hoy he ido a comer un menú compartido con mi padre y me ha dicho que no es posible, que me cobra loas dos platos por separado.... El propio jefe-dueño intenta convencerme diciendo que hay que poner una servilleta y un cubierto más.... cuando tienen un primer plato de cuchara y otro segundo de cuchillo y tenedor.....igualmente iban a tener que sacar esos cubiertos para una sola persona. Decía también que tenía que poner una servilleta de más cuando en rodas las mesas tiene servilletero.... Creo que no soy la primera que se va diagustada pues primero nos atendió el camarero de siempre que al conocer nuestra intención nos explicó que no se podía, al insistir nosotros directamente llamó al jefe.... Absurdo la verdad, y peor nos sienta ya que vamos con hambre 😅 Asique mientras espero en el Rubicon en argana alta, donde hasta puedo cambiar del plato que pido unas salchichas por coroquetas escribo estas palabras. que diferencia... en uno me dicen qué comer o mejor dicho qué compartir o no...y aqui en EL RUBICON me como lo...
