McDonald's — Restaurant in Arrecife

Very rude staff member, very busy, not everyone was using the hand sanitizer and I could see these people using the touch screens (which to me they should not be in use during Covid-19)

I am ill and disabled so I can't use these screens as they make me dizzy and fill sick so I can't drive after.

Normally when I go there I go to the right hand till where you CAN ORDER AND PAY (FACT) but the girl on the till was having none of it and she actually went to the screen and said you have too use this I can not take your order!

I said calmly no, then she just shouted SIR! about 5 times I said no thank you I don't want too and then I tried to explain that I have ordered at this till for a reason and have done many times before...she shouted at me again and walked off round the corner. (so rude)

Another member of staff who has served me before (nice lady) came to the till said hello took my order (one cheese burger) took my money said thank you and gave me my receipt, I said thank you very much. ALL DONE IN 20 seconds.

It's not hard to be nice and patient...

It's a Macdonald not a gourmet restaurant, but they do have a separate part for I think breakfasts and tea/ coffee, infusions etc but have never seen it manned Staff in general are polite But normally this one and in any other mcd's you can ask for an egg mcmuffin for example, but the last time I asked for an egg mcmuffin, she asked with bacon or sausage, I said neither just a normal egg one to take away (drive thru) when I finally got to eat it was just the egg in a muffin, (normally has cheese) so very dry and to add insult to injury changed for a bacon and egg one (yes that's my fault for not saying at the time) A guy (I think called Victor) who has served on the drive thru though completely different attitude, he was super polite and educated, gave the options of up sell etc but without being pushy 10/10...

Every time we go somewhere, the kids want to at least once go to McDonald's, and that's what happened this time too. Someone might say that every McD is the same, well not entirely, they differ, not only in the quality of food and cleanliness inside, but also in the service and type of food in different countries. This time everything was just as it should be, we got fresh fries, friendly service, and clean tables. The rest of the food was also just as it should be. We were here on Monday around 8 pm, and there were no crowds. We could sit down calmly. I know is strange to leave 5* to McD, but if everything was OK, I can't...
