I was SO excited about this place after reading the reviews and seeing the pics. I was the first one to come in when they opened which, admittedly might have affected food quality, but then again, shouldn’t matter.
Service and atmosphere were good. Certainly not one of the busy, noisy ones you’ll find around this area.
Unfortunately, the high ratings didn’t match the actual food. I’m afraid ratings have been skewed that those not from around here which are certainly given reasons to get excited but, in comparison to what you can get in non-touristy areas (in Galicia and Spain in general), this fails to deliver.
Seafood is, as you would expect, fresh but it lacks proper seasoning. Ribs are not really overcooked (some were actually a bit bloody in the centre) but dry (leads me to believe they were frozen and cooked at high temperature) - not bad but definitely lacking the yummie flavor you would expect from any rib and, chewy for sure.

We were traveling on foot for over 20Km, and after discovering this place we thought that it would be a good way to close the day. We asked for red wine and we were forced upon to drink their white house wine, and after waiting for the waiter to take our order for 30 minutes we were told that the table is reserved. If you are a foreigner I would spare yourself the...
