My husband and I tried Inka Burger on one of our last days in barcelona. We ordered the Americana burger (I added goat cheese & it was amazing), and my husband ordered the club sandwich and the american frankfurt. Service was amazing. They offer an english and spanish menu, and the staff was very helpful in offering suggestions. No estoy satisfecho con el trato recibido, me explico: Ayer me pase por el INKA BURG, Republica Argentina, 17. Justo cuando entre en el local, sobre las 14:00 h., vi como desde la cocina sacaban una tortilla de patatas recién echa, me llamo la atención y me apeteció poder disfrutar de lo que para mi es un manjar, una ración de tortilla recién echa, me dirijo al camarero de la barra y le pregunto por el precio de una ración, he incluso le pido, me puede poner de este lado, que tiene una buena pinta. Pues bien, ningún comentario, ninguna objeción a mi petición. Me siento en la mesa y espero, pero "sorpresa", me sirven un trozo de tortilla que su aspecto nada tiene que ver con el que les solicite, y lo peor de todo me sirven un trozo de otra restante y además calentada en el microondas. Lógicamente lo aprecie enseguida, y me fui a la barra a murar, TATE confirmada mi apreciación, la tortilla que yo vi salir, seguía en la parte baja de el mostrador, INTACTA. Al dirigirme al encargado de la barra y decirle lo sucedido, me respondió que esa tortilla la tenia para un ENCARGO. Evidentemente me sentí, engañado, pues si te pido de esa tortilla, la cual dices tener encargada, me informas, y yo entones decidiré, si me tomo otra cosa y punto. Pero no me engañes y me sirvas un trozo de tortilla de patatas recalentado en el microondas , que yo, como amentarte de este plato, es lo que mas odio. Resumiendo y gracias por leer este comentario.
