Our evening at this restaurant was fantastic, thanks in large part to the excellent service from Saeed. From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. Saeed was incredibly attentive and took the time to recommend the perfect red wine for us. His suggestion was spot on and matched our taste perfectly, making our evening even more enjoyable. The combination of great wine and a cozy atmosphere made for a truly memorable experience. The outdoor seating was especially pleasant, as the heat lamp kept us warm even when the temperature dropped. This thoughtful detail allowed us to stay outside comfortably and fully enjoy the ambiance. It was clear that the staff prioritized the comfort of their guests, which we really appreciated. We had also visited this place before for a light snack, paired with a delicious pitcher of sangria. That visit was just as delightful, with great service and tasty food. This restaurant truly knows how to create a welcoming and relaxing experience for its guests. With its friendly service, delicious food, and inviting atmosphere, we will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a great night out!

This restaurant was a big disappointment... We went there for brunch with our two children - asked for just pancakes and bacon for them but the only way to get that was to order a dish with eggs and some cream aswell and get everything sepperated on the plate... Bit weird but ok! The 3 pancakes were burned, one bacon slice was undercooked and the other burned and the eggs way overcooked... It's questionable that the chefs let sush dish go out from the kitchen and for the waiters to actually bring that to the table. Me and hubby got the eggs benedict and it was just not tasty, the eggs were undercooked, one bacon slice cut in half for each muffin, tasteless hollandaise, 2 tomatoes and some spinach... For 11,50 and then one slice of iberian ham.. for 5,50 extra 🥵 We got two glasses of juices aswell as water (which they serve from the tap and charge you for...) And paid in total 61€ for the whole and then they state on the check that 'service is not included' - so NOT worth it. Absolutely DO NOT recommend!

I was looking for a local restaurant near where we were staying and after reading reviews online and seeing the photos I knew I just had to try Anita Flow out. The restaurant is fabulously designed inside and out with quirky and modern decor. Francisco was helpful and friendly from the start. As for the food, well vegetarians are well catered for but so are meat eaters alike. Great variety of traditional dishes with modern twists. I had the Chicken Croquettes after a recommendation and they were some of the tastiest croquettes I have had with a small hit of chilli mayo to finish. I followed that with Pork Cachapa, a Venezuelan inspired dish. The Cachapa was light and fluffy and the meat tender and juicy. My partner had the Courgette tagliatelle which came with a big hit of ginger. Often vegetarian dishes are somewhat lacking but this was far from it. Finally there is a good selection of beer and wine including craft beers. And the best thing? The favorable pricing! The pasta dish being only €6!

This place looks good! Famous last words… My girlfriend and I reserved a table and started our evening with some drinks. 30 minutes after we received our drinks the waiter was kind enough to take our food order. We ordered the following: Sourdough bread with and without tomatoes Aioli dip (not on the menu but asked for it and got it, 3€ extra) Pimientos Croquettes with mushrooms and Parmesan cheese Eggplant Olives (not on the menu but asked for it and got it, 4€ extra) Chicken with Catalan style spinach Steak tartare Patatas Bravas (normally comes with chorizo sauce, we asked for it to be vegetarian)

All in all you can say that the quality of the food was a 3/10 and definitely overpriced. The dishes had either way too much flavor (steak tartare for example) or not really any (croquettes, aioli, patatas bravas) Bread was charged per slice, which was not indicated on the menu!! (Like seriously?)

With the steak tartare you could just taste vinegar and mustard, not a hint of meat.

We asked for salt twice and didn’t get any, after 15 minutes I just asked the neighboring table. To make matters worse we got the patatas bravas with meat and 30 minutes late. I asked if it was vegetarian and she just said “si, si” then I asked the other waiter who just took the patatas bravas away and apologized to us for getting the non vegetarian dish.

Even when we tried hard to get a waiter to help us with something it sometimes took 10-15 minutes to get someone to your table.

In conclusion you have to say it is a tourist trap, understaffed and overpriced. We really regret not spending our evening...

Not sure why this place has so many good reviews.

I’m usually not one to write negative reviews but out of all the options you have in Barcelona, especially at this price, I wouldn’t go here.

Staff seems to be very inexperienced or unmotivated.

The server made a mistake regarding portion sizes but didn’t grab the opportunity to correct it. Mistakes were made with the orders and rather than making a new plate the ingredient was just taken off and the dish was brought back. As serving dinner already took long most of our dishes were cold or lukewarm at best.

Also, if a dish is ordered but you end up not having it in stock, don’t put it on the bill..

Felt like we had to tell staff what to do most of the time, like being pro-active about drinks or making sure orders were taken for the whole table rather than taking 1 order and walking off.

Food quality overall also average at best, especially at this price.

I have been in this place before in 2021 and we seemed to enjoy it a lot more back then.

Perhaps this place is a better option for brunch but honestly I would avoid it. For the money there are lots of better options...
