We came for brunch after seeing so many positive reviews, but unfortunately, our experience was disappointing from start to finish. We arrived with just five parties ahead of us in line and started a timer out of curiosity. The wait to be seated was 33 minutes, mostly because tables outside were left dirty and uncleared for nearly 15 minutes, despite customers having already left.

There seemed to be only one server handling the entire restaurant. There was no manager. The gentleman making coffees and drinks didn't seem to do anything else.

After we were finally seated, it took another 27 minutes before anyone came to our table. We watched a table of 8 people sit with their food finished waiting patiently for their check the entire period.

When someone finally did come, it was a second server, who then let us know the kitchen had just lost power a few minutes ago and we could either wait or leave. It would have been helpful to let customers know about the kitchen issue right away, not after we’d been sitting at the table for almost half an hour. Even before the power went out, the table clearing and lack of communication were already a huge problem.

Overall we spent 49 minutes, 29 seconds waiting before someone even came to speak to us directly, and that was to tell us the kitchen problem.

We left hungry and frustrated, looking for somewhere else to go. While we get that problems can happen, the poor staffing, slow service, and lack of clear communication made for a bad experience. Talk to guests. Tell them what's going on. Don't leave any table uncleared for fifteen minutes. Don't leave any table in silence for more than ten minutes.

The little food we saw looked great, so maybe we just had bad luck, but the overall service needs a lot of improvement. For now, avoid...

My family and I went to stand in line quite early in the morning, there were two parties ahead of us and two tables finishing their meals. Should be quick, right? Well. We waited and waited and waited without seeing a single server come outside to clear the outside tables. Eventually, after 40 minutes, the people ahead of us got seated. We looked inside and there 3 tables available. There was a giant line behind us. We asked the waitress if we could sit on one of the empty tables and she just said no. WHY. There seemed to be only one waitress in this establishment and she clearly didn’t want to be there. There were three tables of two next to each other that were free, and this waitress decided to sit one single person in the middle table. Meaning that you couldn’t adjoin tables to form a larger table. We went inside and pointed this out, and the waitress asked the lady to move over. You have a line of 10 parties and you just don’t care about sitting them??????? Anyway. Once we were (finally) inside, the service was quick. However, we noticed that as people finished their meals, the waiters just wouldn’t clean their tables. There was a point where there were 3 tables full of dirty plates, a huge line out the door, and they just wouldn’t clean it up. A few moments after our food was served, the kitchen had some problems with the electricity and they had to send everyone that had been waiting for over an hour outside away. Food was good, but overshadowed by the terrible terrible service and management. Run this place like a restaurant, not a kids kitchen set where dolls will just wait around because they have nowhere else to go. Don’t be fooled by the...

We were waiting quite a long time, until we finally found the chance to visit this place. We booked a table through the whatsapp on the same day. After 2 hours, we arrived, but even when not busy at all (only one table outside, who has already eaten), the welcome was not really welcome. We waited outside in the entrance, but we had to go inside & interrupt the staff from talking, so that they can serve us. They confused our booking, which we made a couple of hours ago, but I guess as it was not crowded we managed to sit. For almost the first 10 minutes, that we sat, no one came to the table to explain or take the drinks, they kept setting up the shop. When they actually took our order, the drinks & food came on time, but as we had ordered 3 plates (portions) for 2 people, 1 of them being sweet, we should have been asked if we wanted them all together & advised that the texture & presentation of the French toast is getting altered by the time passing by, so would t be the same if brought from the beginning. Last but not least, my boyfriend found a small piece of plastic (could have choked) in his plate, which let s say it happens, but other than an apology from the waiter, who was polite during our time there, and to whom I showed the foreign material straight away, nothing else was done, which we found unacceptable! On top of all those, the food was amazing & very fancy presentable, but not enough to visit anytime soon. Eat my trip we expected more, u kinda...

And so.. after reading all the reviews I was willing to walk 40m from the hotel because I was sure it's going to be fantastic, matter of fact it was raining and we took the trem and I'm so happy we did because I would have been rather annoyed if we walked all the way. To start with the place is tiny and that's fine, the staff were quick to serve us but we're not accommodating so much (certainly for the cost) the toilets weren't so clean as I would expect (my dad who was a chef told me that the same way the toilet looks so does the kitchen) now to the food, the decorating factor of the plates is fantastic but the food is not that tasty, granted it is very good but could be better, firstly I got annoyed because the accomodations to food intolerances is lacking, for example I wanted to swap cheese with Hummus or Guacamole and was told I will need to pay(!?) for it, milk substitute weren't many options and you need to add 40c, that is so old school and backward thinking! Rather annoying actually, the salad certainly seen better days, the tomato dressing was terrible and runny, no gluten free bread (???) but it seems like Gluten free cake is an option, all in all and thinking of the price I was not impressed, shame really. And lastly, I took the Brunch from Alph, listen up, it is serving a metal bowl and it's rather small and cost around €14 - very cheeky indeed. But I'm hoping that with time the focus will be more around accommodating your customers.
