I didn't dine there but I wanted to comment on the amazing Service

I was solo travelling this afternoon around your area and around where I was in the olympic stadium, my battery died. And I was so far far away from the place I stay I didn't know the way back. And it took me so long to finally walk in a road with stores and your restaurant was the first I saw. The guy working there helped me so much you have no idea. He gave me a charger and let me stay for as long as I liked to! And when the charger wasn't really charging he let me look directions from his phone and keep note of the stations in a paper. He was even willing to give me his phone number because he thought someone wanted to call me! And all that when he didn't know the best English he was more than willing to help with everything and he was so so kind. I wish I had some money on me to give him a tip so the least I could do is give a review to say that you have an amazing service! Forgot to ask his name but was the guys being on the front of the restaurant around 5-6pm. Thank you again my dude...

BIG S/O TO STAFF HERE. I forgot my guy name I honestly thought he was a dude taking a break from giving a few cuts. Prove me wrong this dude energy was efficient. You can tell he practically like a one man army putting the team on his back!!! His energy just to effecious and can't wait until I'm able to return!

The vaca vieja was a delight!! Meaty, bold , and dumb complex. With vaca vieja the mature cows live long enough for intramuscular fat to thoroughly, evenly penetrate the meat, making it juicier and more flavorful than standard beef! I felt that aspect with this dish. Aging the final step. The only thing required of you, dear cook, is to crank the heat and sprinkle on a that crunchy salt. All the flavor is already within. We had a reservation on a Saturday for 9:15 PM. When we arrived, there were still plenty of available tables but they do close at 10:30 so we were probably one of the last seatings.

Everything was so good. We had the croquettes de jamon, pan de tomate, fried shrimp and mushroom balls, and octopus jamon skewers. All were awesome, my favorite of the starters was the croquette. For entrees we split the bistec and iberico secrecto, which is a pork dish. Both were amazing, perfectly cooked and so flavorful. We ended with the cheesecake which was a basque style cheesecake and was also so delicious. We would not have changed anything we ordered, everything was amazing.

We also got a bottle of wine and espresso and the total was 85 euro. So reasonable and...
