Casa Vall — Restaurant in Barcelona

Even though we were a very large table, the restaurant was not that full and yet the service was way too slow. The waitress was actually PERFECT and she managed everything. The problem is that clearly she would have needed help. Maybe they should hire more staff? I had a burger, it was delicious. They said it was served with fries, but the actual amount of fries on the plate was just ridiculous. I think they were not even 10 in total: come on, are potatoes so expensive that you can't serve more? Usual Barcelona place: you pay too much for what you eat and at the end you are...

We had a terrible experience. First we reserved hoping that we will get a terrace. When we came on time for our reservation waiter said we should wait from 30-1h to get it and we couldn’t be inside because we had dogs. Second, the waiter was very unpleasant when he was talking to us and often ignored when we wanted to order things. Third, I never got my dish waiting for 1.5h. At the end of all this we wanted to pay and that waiter told we can’t pay separately... I heard the place is nice and I hope it is, but not with this...

We had a fantastic experience at this place! The atmosphere is great, the drinks are well-made, and the overall vibe is just perfect.

But what truly made our visit special was the outstanding service from Julius. We came here twice, and the second time was solely because of him! He’s incredibly friendly, attentive, and has a genuine passion for hospitality that makes you feel truly welcomed. Julius, thank you for making our experience so memorable - hope to see you again!
