Having been a regular at FOCO, I can confidently say it's a gem. What truly seals the deal for me is the overall experience. This was, by far, my favorite cocktail bar I visited while in town! The bartenders and service staff were incredible, and an extra special shout-out to Luis and Davide, whom I interacted with the most.

The cocktails are very creative. Looking at the menu at a glance, I saw nothing but classics at first. Paying a little more attention, and speaking with the bartenders, I realized there was so much more going on.

My personal favorite was the Gibson, which included a caramelized onion distillate, sake and rice vinegar. The caramelized onion flavor was such a welcome change.

The bar itself is in a very charming neighborhood, with a handful of great restaurants within walking distance.
