Had the ramen as well as spicy tuna maki. Ramen noodles portion was very big and filling. Ramen was also well cooked and the chashu (pork slice) were very flavorful. The soup perhaps was made out of vegetable broth as well so it seemed to be lacking the richness of ramen broth. Spicy tuna maki came with avocado and cream cheese fillings. Not your usual makis but still decent. The rice, maybe because of some bad reviews saying rice was overcooked, were actually just a bit short of correct doneness. Japanese rice should be full and fluffy, not in the al dente sense like risotto or paella that Europeans are more used to. Perhaps stick to the origins, especially since the restaurants are run by Asians, one bad review of "overcooked" rice doesn't mean it's bad rice. Maybe because I'm missing Asian food a bit, I really loved this dinner.

Rice was of a poor texture, overcooked, nori was soft and not crispy, tasted old. Tuna was dark and slightly bitter. Very average sushi. Response to the response: Thanks, I know a little bit about sushi from small sushi bars in Tokyo to prized sushi restaurants in Los Angeles or London. Obviously, I am not comparing, but for a 5 stars rating in a central Barcelona one would expect a better experience. Nori becomes soft, but not that soft, neither the rice should be that mushy and akami color is usually brighter, I've also mentioned the taste was off. These are just the observations and a constructive feedback, nothing personal.
