Disappointing Experience with the FC Barcelona Museum "Total Experience" Package
My husband and I recently booked the Total Experience package at the FC Barcelona Museum for the 5:30 PM time slot. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to discover that we had just 1.5 hours to experience everything included in the package—something that was not made clear at booking.
Out of the four activities included, we were only able to complete two. We weren’t told that the museum begins shutting things down 30 minutes before their listed closing time. We had hoped to take photos with the trophy and a digital player towards the end of our visit, but the staff member managing that area was extremely rude and inflexible. We waited in line for 10–15 minutes only to be turned away because they were closing within 30 minutes and wanted to get out on time, even though the family ahead of us was allowed through after pleading.
To make matters worse, we were also unable to do the Robokeeper experience—same issue, closed at 7 PM sharp. (The guy who worked this section gave us a QR code to submit out claim to get our money back- Will update once they respond.) If you’re thinking of booking this experience after 5 PM, don’t. You will feel rushed and likely won’t get to enjoy everything you paid for.
We also had issues with the jersey customization service—no numbers were available to print on the back. Thankfully, a photography supervisor named David kindly offered us free photos if we returned the next day (which we couldn’t do), and a store manager did provide a discount for the inconvenience, which we appreciated.
Overall, while the museum itself was cool and informative, the lack of communication, rushed experience, and poor customer service left us feeling let down. I’d give it a 3 out of 5—if you go, make sure to book much earlier in the day to get your...
Read moreVisiting the FC Barcelona Museum was an unforgettable experience, especially as a football fan. This museum is not just about showcasing the history of a football club; it's an immersive journey into the heart and soul of FC Barcelona and its remarkable journey in the world of sports.
From the moment I stepped in, I was captivated by the rich history and achievements of the club. The museum is meticulously organized, displaying a treasure trove of memorabilia that includes trophies, jerseys, and personal items of legendary players. Each exhibit tells a story, not just of the club's triumphs, but also of its challenges and the spirit that carried it through.
The interactive displays are a standout feature. They bring to life the exhilarating moments in FC Barcelona's history, allowing fans to relive legendary matches and goals. The audiovisual installations are top-notch, creating an engaging and dynamic experience that resonates with fans of all ages.
Another highlight is the section dedicated to Lionel Messi, showcasing his contributions and achievements with the club. It's a fitting tribute to one of the greatest footballers of all time.
The tour of Camp Nou, included in the museum visit, is the icing on the cake. Walking through the iconic stadium, feeling the magnitude of its history, and seeing the pitch where so many legendary games have been played was awe-inspiring.
The staff at the museum deserve a special mention for their friendliness and knowledge. They were eager to share stories and insights, making the visit even more enjoyable.
The FC Barcelona Museum is more than just a sports museum; it's a celebration of football, its heroes, and its fans. It's a must-visit for anyone, whether you're a die-hard Barça fan or just someone who appreciates the beautiful game. A resounding 5 stars for an...

You can’t visit the stadium, you only have access to the musuem. The basic ticket is 28 euro and that is absolutely crazy for the stuff you can see inside.
I work as a User Experience designer and I must say that this is one of the worst designed museums I’ve ever seen. The room with history of the club through the years has crazy design. Instead of going straigh forward or around, you need to go from one side of the room the other which obviously makes you crowd through in the middle. There is something called 360 degree room which is simply pathetic. The room indeed has screens all around you but I would be ashamed to call it 360 room. You would expect that the video showed there would be recorded in 360 degrees and depending on where you look, you will see e.g. different parts of the stadium. Well, in this room you can clearly see all screens because each of them plays something different and it looks just bad. And if you have epilepsy, be careful there.
From the pros, well there are some t-shirts there, some trophies. And basically that’s all. If you are super fan maybe it is worth the money, but I would rather eat lunch or drink few beers for 28 euro instead of going there.
Oh, and there was one funny moment. You can take photo at the beginning of the tour, and then buy it in the end. When I heard that i must pay 30 euro (I repeat - 30 euro) for one poorly pasted green screen photo (I repeat - 30 euro for one photo) I really laughed out.
If you plan to go there, check out some photos and really consider if it is worth the money. And for the one of the biggest football clubs in the world - it is a shame to have a museum...
