Auditori L’illa — Attraction in Barcelona

Yesterday we had 4 tickets to the we call it ballet in Barcelona at auditori L’illa . We were refused entry after around 20 minutes late due to an accident which stopped traffic entering Barcelona. The tickets were for my daughter’s birthday. So when we arrived excited to see the show the staff told us we cannot enter or wait for a break in the show to enter and were turned away. The woman on the door actually was sniggering and the two very bored men didn’t have anything to say and were slumped like two bouncers in their chairs. Talk about could not be more unhelpful. Quite sure the woman was drunk as she wreaked of alcohol I called the fever helpline and was told I would receive an email in the next 15 minutes. The lady was very kind and seemed helpful but Nothing arrived! First and last time I use the fever app and the fever service. Very bad...

Great show and venue. My only real concern was that many people prefered to watch a show they've paid for through their phone screens the whole time rather than just looking up. Not only is it bizarre as most people will never watch those recordings again and if they do, the quality will be awful, it is rude to make others have to sit and watch your phone light and rude to the performer as it distracts them. Finally, to those having a chat behind me, why were you even there? I don't get it... this was someone playing the piano, not a music festival... 😐 I think the venue would benefit if the ushers were ushering and shushing people rather than chatting outside of the stage...

Decepción por publicidad engañosa La promoción de “Ballet of Lights:Cenicienta” del 18-7-25 fue totalmente engañosa en la web de Fever. Las fotos sugerían un ballet para adultos de gran calidad, pero en realidad fue un modesto show infantil de una compañía amateur. El vestuario era básico y el presupuesto muy limitado, ¡nada que ver con lo anunciado! Lo más preocupante es que las fotos de la promoción NO correspondían ni al espectáculo ni a la compañía que actuó en el Auditori de l'Illa lo que generó expectativas que no se cumplieron. Aunque valoro el esfuerzo de los bailarines, el precio de 48€ por entrada es desproporcionado para un espectáculo de estas características. Deberían haber indicado claramente que era un show infantil de una compañía amateur. Espero que Fever, donde compré las entradas, tome medidas para que la información futura sea veraz.

UN MES DESPUÉS quisiera felicitar a Fever porque veo que ya han actualizado las fotos al evento real. Es reconfortante saber que hay un equipo leyendo las críticas y actuando en consecuencia, los próximos espectadores ya saben lo que compran y a mí me anima a confiar en su web para seguir comprando entradas. Les animo a hacer lo mismo con el espectáculo de "La Bella Durmiente in lights", que deduzco debe tener el mismo problema.

OTRO MES DESPUÉS me temo que he de retirar la felicitación a Fever porque han vuelto a poner las fotos falsas en "Cenicienta lights". A menos que el espectáculo haya cambiado por completo, las fotos promocionales no se corresponden en absoluto al espectáculo...
