Let me start by saying the food was excellent, and I'll definitely come back because of that.
Now, I ordered Yasai Okonomiyaki, and my partner got one of the woks. Unfortunately I had to wait 10 minutes after my partner received her dish before I got mine. By then, she had already finished eating. Additionally, several tables that ordered after us received their full meals before I did. This ruined the experience for us, as we ended up eating at different times.
The staff was nice but tried to justify the delay by saying that my dish is usually ordered to "share" and also that takes longer to prepare. However, this wasn't communicated to us beforehand. It's basic restaurant service to ensure that meals for the same table are served together, not with a 10-minute gap.
I hope they address these issues, as the food was great, and I'd like to see the overall...
