Disappointing service and fake reviews (see below)

No coffee, no explanation - normally great coffee. Today they decided not to serve coffee. The coffee machine was working. When I asked why they weren't serving it today answer was 'because we don't want to'. No explanation and no apology. Appalling service.

No splitting bills, no explanation - inconvenient and no apology. Come on guys....not good enough, especially with international clientele from places where asking to split the bill is an absolute basic (can any American, Canadian, Scandanavian South American clients etc... will testify this!).

Pressure from staff - 2 minutes after arriving I had 2 waiters come over and try to take my order. I was pressured to order despite saying my friend was on my way and would be two minutes. The reply was ' there is a queue waiting to sit down'. My friend arrived two minutes later and we ordered.

The food is pretty good, but the service is not good enough at all. In fact it's bad. It's rude and abrupt.

The consequence of the bad service is that we didn't stay and have cocktails this time, and next time I'll go elsewhere with friends i.e. your reputation and your income.

Bad service has consequences.

Seems like a nice place but don’t be fooled, the staff will ignore you and tell you to reserve a table so that they can keep a table friends. The staff will also overcharge you for anything that you buy, and when confronted they act like cowards and deny it.

Do not visit this place if you value your money and/or speak English as they will try to take advantage of you as they think you are only a “guiri”.

You will be stood in a queue for at least 1 hour waiting for a table since they favour their friends.
