The Hive Escape Room — Attraction in Barcelona

A very unfriendly woman was receiving and directing us through the game. Although two of our companions were arriving late because the mistakenly went to another place calles tic tac gsmes about 15 minutes by foot away, she continously mentioned that we would be missing this time for the escape room. When they explained the situation she just said rudely 'it's written on the website'. This is true but if there are several places in Barcelona at Google maps havin similar names they maybe should mention this detail the day before when the call to tell people that in spite of what the website says one cannot pay by card. Then EACH OF US had to register for their system and selecting the newsletter option was obligatory to continue which is actually illegal since the GDPR from last year may... But on the other hand ONE PERSON had to pay for all of us in cash. Also the offered the game in English what we booked, because two of our mates didn't speak Spanish, but she always switched to Spanish although not being a native Spanish speaker. She excused herself that 'this is the result of speaking Spanish that well that she can't say things in English anymore'... So we had to do her job snd translate stuff for the others. The escape room itself was okay. At the end we run out of time and couldn't finish which is our problem because of the delayed start. But we obviously weren't in the best mood after all the...

An absolute must-try!

We were a group of three and were warmly welcomed by Ainoa, who guided us throughout the entire experience. The game was much scarier than I expected, which only made it even better. Everything was incredibly well put together, with fun and challenging puzzles, and there was an actual storyline that tied it all together.

Had an absolutely amazing time at this escape room! The puzzles were challenging but so cleverly designed, keeping us engaged the entire time. Huge shoutout to Arnu, who was a fantastic host – he was friendly, helpful, and made sure we were fully immersed in the experience from start to finish.
