Pizzeria Nanà — Restaurant in Barcelona

The pizza that was ordered from JustEat hasn’t been delivered. My guests were highly disappointed with the negligence of this restaurant. Stop publishing your business in JustEat because you do not know how to properly do business with that platform.

The owner was making excuses that it was not his fault but at the same time he literally did nothing for delivering order in that exceptional case. Sit down with your pizza! Learn how to do business and gain respect from your customers and read your rude answer once again if you really want to deliver with Glovo or JustEat. Otherwise, cook for your guests within restaurant and don’t expose ugly personality for whole city.

I am highly disappointed with that restaurant, and the owner that tried to ruin my good mood. Nothing else to add, just close this place permanently!

Order was cancelled by restaurant next day in 16 hours, and 72 hours should take receive a refund. On practice it will be more than 5 calendar days because that period will include weekend.

There are so much problems, allocated time for nothing. I am not going to order the pizza from Glovo or JustEat anymore.

Obviously others cannot rely on having pizza from this restaurant delivered in their place! You have exactly what you deserve.

I am active participant of Local Experts community, and we will review quality of service of this restaurant in nearest future, and if the fact will be confirmed once again this restaurant would be reported in Ayuntamiento...

There are only 2 or maybe 3 restaurants that I'd rate as 5 stars in Barcelona. The reason is that in my mind 4 stars is already excellent to excellentish (or maybe there was a hot waiter). Pizzeria Nana deserves 5 stars for Sonia alone. The food is phenomenal as is the service. But there are photos on the menu, which is too large, the acústics are designed to make you deaf, and the dress code is basically pijamas. But I simply love this place, the family that runs it, and the fact that I can't hear afterwards.

We came 25/07 at 20:15 and as far as the restaurant was almost empty, for sure 75% - 80% (only at 5 tables were sitting people: 2 outside and 3 inside) we sit at the table for 2 people. But the guy waiter immediately come to us and in a very rude way asked if we have reservation, we said No. After this he showed the door to us and said that we can only order to Take away. Nobody explain us why we can't order and eat the pizza inside (we weren't planning to sit till the closing), there were no signs "Reserva". Service is zero, to the guy waiter -minus 5.
