Vivari Cafè i Fleca — Restaurant in Barcelona

I was going from the park nearby in a lunch time. I was about to grab some drinks and have a delicious food. When I saw Vivari, I thought that it was a good place why don't to get some food. It was a big mistake. I choose one salad and chocolate cake. What can I say, light there was mostly natural and to recognize that cabbage 🥬 was old was difficult. Stuff were packed it and it took a bit longer than usual order. Stuff were made some jokes between each other and then they were charged me 7.50€.

That salad 🥗 I gave to my spouse so she can eat it close to her office. In one hour she said that it was the most terrible quality of the products.

I believe that even a refund is not enough for this situation. It should be compensation of moral damage and spoiled emotional energy.

This place don't deserve more than one star unless they would proof that it is under the high standards of the food quality.

Actually, I haven't proposed me a gel and I had not seen it there. It's not Covid-19...

Ayer día 21/4/2022 en su establecimiento de la calle Lepanto 364, esquina con Maria Claret (Barcelona 08025), a las 16.57h, fui a merendar con mis hijos (Gasté 11,25 euros) y he ido varias veces. Entre otras cosas pedí 2 bikinis normales, y la dependienta me dijo que no tenía bikinis normales (en cualquier establecimiento de este tipo o bares te hacen un bikini al momento), pero bueno, puedo entender que ella solo vende lo que tiene preparado, o no está dispuesta a hacer bikinis (no sé yo). El caso es que me ofreció unos bikinis de pan integral, y le dije que bueno, que si no podía ser un bikini normal, pues esos, que remedio, (aunque no me gustan demasiado, pero eso es mi problema). Pagué, pedí el ticket y me fui.

Después en el ticket observé que había un SUPLEMENTO en concepto de PAN a 0.60 x 2 unidades 1,2 euros (nunca pido tickets, pero me pareció muy caro). Volví y le pregunté que era eso del suplemento. Me dijo que me había cobrado un extra por ser pan integral. Le dije que no estaba de acuerdo en que me lo hubiera cobrado sin haberme notificado en el momento, la diferencia de precio, ya que yo quería un bikini normal y no lo quiso hacer (por que supongo que solo sirven lo que ya tienen preparado). Me pidió disculpas pero me dijo que ella no me había obligado a comer un bikini integral, y que no me devolvía el importe. Le dije que no estaba de acuerdo, y me dijo que no era su problema. Le dije que eso no solucionaba el problema, y me dijo que yo tampoco le pregunté si el integral era más caro que el normal (no soy experto en su negocio, lo siento). Al final, le pedí una hoja de reclamaciones y un bolígrafo, pues el dinero no es lo importante a priori, pero el trato no me gustó. Me dió la hoja, y me dijo que no me daba un boli, que no está obligada a dejarme un boli y otra vez, que era mi problema no tener un bolígrafo.

Personalmente creo que deberían haberme hecho lo que pedía (dos simples Bikinis normales)... es su trabajo, y que ya que no fue así, creo que me deberían haber informado del suplemento PAN INTEGRAL, y ya que no fue así, quizás si me quejo me deberían haber devuelto los 60 céntimos de diferencia, y ya que no fue así, quizás tratar a la gente con respeto y menos chulería. This is a cosy place. What I like most about the place is the space. You get a wide territory with different type of tables. It permits a lovely view towards the street. You avoid the hustle and bustle of the city by sitting behind the crystal glass windows. It offers cheep coffee with milk and other drinks. In Halloween, I can appreciate some slight decorations at the bar that give the place a fresh touch. There is free wifi, and you’ll find the password written on the wall, just above the newspapers.
