Beautiful Setting, But Disappointing Experience
We booked a table for eight and were excited to enjoy lunch at La Cúpula Lounge. (Just to confirm I live in London and it was my second time meeting up with family in Spain). Unfortunately, the experience fell short. The menu was very limited, particularly for children, and the food arrived at different times, so we couldn’t eat together.
The steak was a letdown – it wasn’t fresh, lacked seasoning, and was served rare despite us requesting it medium. We had to send it back, and by the time it returned, everyone else had already finished eating. We ended up having it boxed and took it away.
We asked to speak with the manager and were told her name was Marcella. She was extremely rude, dismissive, and unhelpful. When we tried to speak with her respectfully, she abruptly walked away speaking Spanish and only took €2 off the bill. We also requested the owner’s contact details and were told the owner is Gustavo. However, the number given was just the main restaurant line, not a direct contact.
The location is undeniably beautiful with stunning views, but the poor service, overpriced food, and lack of customer care really let it down. A lovely setting can’t make up for such a frustrating experience. Would not recommend for group dining.

"Nice spot, but very disappointing food and horrible service"
The place is nice, chill with good views and music, and kind of cozy but the whole atmosphere is ruined by the service and food.
The food is "average" with many other minus. We ordered 3 different Burgers, 2 different Tuna dished and some Thai rice. All the 3 burgers comes with just 5 potatoes slices as side (Check any post/picture about this place and you will see same, we notice too late), they come with weird spicys and no salt, even though the price is over 14€. Also the meat of each of the 3 burgers was tasteless, no salt or anything. The tuna was supposed to be first raw and was overcooked, and the second was supposed to be a whole tuna filed and was also very overcooked, even though they asked, we said Medium. So was extremely dry, tasteless and of course without salt. The Thai Rice was a very unpleasant dish, bad from our side to order and take the risk but very disgusting to eat and poor chefs decision to add to the menu some sweet rice with cream and just 4 little prawns(ridiculous).
The service was horrible, they have young and totally unexperienced guys with no knowledge about customer service. Rudes, never smile and lost about dishes and drinks, asking if this was the right table, so no coordination at all between them. Making disrespectful jokes about people allergies and laughing at our face. The "manager" or person in charge even worse, very unpleasant and arrogant, she thinks is right to charge people for non-existent service, covering later as is the cost of the "bread", but not even asked If we wanted, and later comes as in the bill as "Service".
If you are even thinking to go there, my recommendation will be to avoid it, don't throw your money in places where they are just trying to scam you. The view is not worth the rob.

El lugar es agradable, tranquilo con buenas vistas y algo acogedor pero todo lo arruinan por el servicio y la comida.
La comida es "promedio", por llamarlo de alguna forma. Pedimos 3 hamburguesas diferentes, 2 platos de atún y arroz tailandés. Todas las hamburguesas vienen con sólo 5 rodajas de patatas como guarnición (Comprueba cualquier post / foto sobre este lugar y verá lo mismo, nos dimos cuenta demasiado tarde), vienen con especias extrañas y sin sal, a pesar de que el precio es de más de 14 €. También la carne de cada una de las 3 hamburguesas era insípida, sin sal ni nada. El atún se suponía que era primero crudo y estaba muy cocinado, y el segundo se suponía que era un filete de atún y también estaba muy pasado, a pesar de que preguntaron antes, y les dijimos que un punto medio. Así que estaba extremadamente seco, insípido y por supuesto sin sal. El arroz tailandés era un plato muy desagradable, mal por nuestra parte de pedirlo y arriesgarnos, pero es muy asqueroso de comer y mala decisión de los cocineros de añadir al menú un arroz dulce con nata y solo 4 gambas pequeñas (Un poco triste pagar ese dinero para tirarlo).
El servicio fue horrible, tienen chicos jóvenes y totalmente inexpertos sin conocimiento sobre el servicio al cliente. Groseros, nunca sonreían y perdidos sobre platos y bebidas, preguntando si esta era la mesa correcta, asi que no había nada de coordinación entre ellos. Pero luego si que hicieron bromas irrespetuosas sobre las alergias de la gente y riéndose en nuestra cara.
La "gerente" o persona encargada aun peor, muy desagradable y prepotente, se cree con derecho a cobrar a la gente por un servicio inexistente, cubriendo después como es el coste del "pan", pero ni siquiera nos preguntó si lo queríamos, y después viene como en la factura como "Servicio". Leed bien el menú por que lo esconden con letra pequeña, obligando a los clientes a "aceptar" condiciones.
Si estás pensando en ir allí, mi recomendación será que evites tirar tu dinero en lugares donde sólo están tratando de estafarte. La vista no vale la pena...

A Hidden Gem with Breathtaking Views!
This is one of those rare places that manages to combine good food, amazing ambiance and unforgettable views all in one spot. Perched on a hillside in a beautiful park below the village church, this place has a simply spectacular setting.
The atmosphere is laid-back and welcoming. We visited on a Sunday when there was live music, which really adds to the fab vibe. 👌🏻
The staff are very friendly and attentive and they all seem to like their jobs, the guests and each other.
As for the food – absolutely delicious. I had the Mukeka Brasilian risotto which was amazing and the rest of my family had burgers which they all enjoyed. The fun menu offers a creative blend of dishes, beautifully presented and full of flavors. The fruity cocktails are also worth mentioning – expertly crafted and perfect for sipping while enjoying the amazing ambiance.
