Have to say Piter, your review was completely wrong. We were about to go across the road due to his review but decided not to as the traffic lights took too long to change and we had walked up from the marina. It was a good thing too. The food was great, nice size portions, we even have fussy eaters. We didn't need to go across the road to review the other restaurant a few minutes later. COUGH COUGH look at the same person's review times. The ONE lady that was serving everyone was great, very attentive, and the salt and pepper ribs were so juicy and tasty, the beef was really tender. There were 6 of us and we couldn't finish the food between us. They even let me pour my own mixer into my vodka. We've been to Benalmadena nearly every year for 25yrs. For the first 10yrs or so we ignored this place as it appeared to us to be too cheap. Eventually we tried it and have been back twice a week every time we go back for a weeks break in Benalmadena. Come out every time feeling like we've won the lottery. It's unbelievably good in every respect. Only ever pick off the daily menu. My own favourite is pork with spicy ginger sauce. Curry is good too. Wife finds chicken with ginger and spring onions irresistible. A long established but unremarkable looking business that we had passed many times over the years. We saw that it was busy on a Monday night and the penny finally dropped that this place must be good. We visited next night and had a great meal. The food was authentic and delicious with good portions. I enjoyed King Prawn with ginger and spring onions. The prawn count was generous and there was a real zing from the fresh cut ginger. Complimentary prawn crackers were light a very moresome and all was washed down with bottles of ice cold Tsing Tao beer.
