While various boats and ours were heavily smashed against the waiting pontoon's concrete wall we kindly asked to park the boat first in a safe spot and THEN do the paperwork afterward but sadly the staff was more concerned about the paperwork and insisted the registration proces (which can take up to 20-30 minutes here) be done first with all the risks of further damages.
It would have been much nicer, more professional and more friendly when the staff would make avoiding damages of yacht her top priority too and act more practically accordingly.
Terrible if you see your job only through the paperwork and not as a service to mariners and yacht owners.
