Panadería Granier — Restaurant in Benalmádena

Really bad service. There's 3 people working, and 1000 things to do. As a result the service is terrible. Its sad because their products are actually good, just like any other Granier place. But whats the point to wait 20 minutes for 1 simple bread and another 20 minutes to pay for it. An example that happened today was: after waiting for 20 minutes because only 3 people working. I asked for takeaway some sandwiches and a green smoothie. It took 10 minutes to take a sandwich from there and put it on a bag. Then another 10 minutes because they forgot the smoothie. Meanwhile a woman skipped the whole line and ordered a sandwich, and noone cared. After the smoothie was ready, it was on a glass, even though they litterally just packed my things for takeaway. So they had to pour it to a plastic cup. I said that i wanted to take some sweets too, their response was yeah, just pay first. So i payed and then while i had the things, i tried to take a sweet, and they said i have to go all around the beginning. Its actually rediculous. I didnt finish with my order and they were not letting me take what i want. In the end i left, after 40 minutes of 1 green smoothie, and 4 sandwiches. I was regular customer but i guess since touristic period started they cant handle it, and i dont know if its their fault or the guy who owns the franchise and expects with 3 people to have people taking orders, preparing coffee,drink,smoothie, cashier, cooker, order vread, order sandwich, clean tables, etc. Not sure whos fault is it, but its awful, and its 4th time happening last 2 months. I didnt wanna leave bad reviews before, due to them being okay before the touristic period. But now i wont go back there. Trust me and avoid them, especially in mornings. (lunch time and after, they dont make new things anyway, they are not fresh)....

Hugely demotivated / disinterested staff...one busy at till ...the other one 'in charge ' of warming the food doing nothing a yard away but totally unwilling/ I interested in helping...other staff member in the back room ripping up cardboard! When we finally sat outside with a bang average and not cheap croque monsieur she dragged the wheelie bin of cardboard back and through the shop as slowly as possible...awful vibe and non experience..two of them clearly don't want to be there ..neither...

Very disappointing service. We waited for our breakfast for over 20 minutes and apparently the waitress just forgot and after another 20 minutes she brought not what we ordered. Food was really not tasty, the croissant was burned :(

Another issue is that I ordered one coconut bun and one apple pastry and paid 6 eur. Next day I returned for coconut bun and paid 1 eur for it. The waitress just totally scammed us... There is no way the apple pastry was worth 5 eur. Sad, since the pastries...
