The Beach Club Higuerón — Restaurant in Benalmádena

This place has potential but sadly fails on all accounts. Beautiful venue with staff that try hard but sadly fail along with the venue which cannot deliver atmosphere. Service is slow despite being empty, the venue promises a superior experience but fails to deliver. Very disappointing as I was hoping for so much more. Venue lacks atmosphere and management no where to be found. Our disappointing afternoon was met with 3 staff members trying to deliver my bill at the end of a flat experience I was so hoping to make a speedily exit to somewhere else that offered more even here they failed again. However it’s is not surprising as the Hilton Hotel to which this club belongs also fails to deliver atmosphere and is massive fail in so many ways. Sorry guys I was hoping for so much more. Unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. the staff just stand around and make the guests wait for a very long time. when we rented the sunbeds for 25 euros, we had to wait 15 minutes for a towel, the staff was talking to each other and on their cell phones. when you ask about the wifi, they just say that they don't know. then you have to ask again if they can organize someone to find out. the food is good, but you get 1 pitta bread for all the hummus and some chips? ! if you order more, you have to pay extra for the bread. we said we didn't like the chips so we want more bread. you pay extra and the brought again a lot of chips and only one piece of bread. not only a waste of food but also not what we ordered. we waited 40 minutes for extra bread. the beach club sounds luxury and nice but it's unfortunately anything else then a...

I’ve been twice this year since they changed the name to the “new” higueron beach club. And both times the experience hasn’t been up to the level we expected.

This second time we ordered the same baby potatoes with salsa brava that we liked last time. And we got French fries instead with the sauce. Nothing like what the list explains. And the waiter had no idea of how they were meant to be. There is a lot of waitress but they never seem to see that the tables are full of plates or empty cups. And the most disappointing for me was the guacamole …. Nothing special not even cilantro in it or lime.
