Decided to check out why every evening we passed by the place was stacked. The place has a fixed person who manages tables and reservations. When we asked for a table for 2, he asked my name and gave me an alerting device, it would alert when our table was ready. I think(hope) because of the language barrier he didn't say anything about the waiting time. The cleanliness could be better, but it's definitely not worse then some other chiringuitos. Same for the outdated and worn out tables/decor. The concept is that you pick several dishes and eat it as sharefood. The waiter warned us when some of our picks would result in getting the same food. There is also enough staff so that you do not need need to wait long if you need something. The food also comes very fast. I would only recommend if you really like all kinds of seafood like sardines, clamps, shrimps .. and like to eat with your hands to get everything out...

MUY MALA EXPERIENCIA

Llegamos al chiringuito y nos sientan en una mesa. El chiringuito vacío. Hasta que vienen a tomar la comanda de bebidas pasan 15 minutos. Camareros hablando entre ellos, haciendo caso omiso a los clientes sentados en mesa.

Pedimos comanda de bebida y hasta que llega, tenemos que reclamarla varias veces.

Para pedir comanda de comida tenemos que reclamarla igualmente. La camarera a la que le pedimos atención, nos quita la mirada y nos viene a atender después con actitud deplorablemente negativa.

Pido pan sin gluten y me informan que no les queda, a lo que me contestan que tienen picos sin gluten. Me traen una bolsa de picos CON gluten. Antes de meterme uno en la boca, y ante la experiencia que ya habíamos tenido hasta el momento, me da por mirar los ingredientes donde claramente marcan CON GLUTEN. Llamo al camarero quien contesta “¿otra vez perdona a mi?”, le informo del tema gluten, y con acritud me contesta que “dónde pone eso”. Le indico que puede verlo en los ingredientes y prácticamente sin mirarme me contesta que, “bueno, pues disculpa” girándose y retirándose de la mesa.

Se olvidan de comunicar al espetero nuestra comanda de espetos y nos llega toda la comida al mismo tiempo, sin los espetos cuando los habíamos pedido de entrada. Avisamos de esto, e igualmente tardan en traérnoslos. El espetero nos informa que no le habían pasado la comanda.

Llegan los espetos. Las bebidas de toda la mesa vacías. Intentamos reclamar la atención de algún camarero sin éxito alguno, y me tengo que levantar hasta dos veces para pedir una botella de vino. Nos la traen, y se les olvida abrirla. Pedimos que nos la abran y hasta que vienen a abrirla, las sardinas ya frías. Ante la temperatura del vino, pedimos hielo. Tardan más de 10 minutos, ante lo que nos levantamos para solicitarlo. El camarero justamente tenía preparada ya la cubitera, y al ver a uno de los comensales de pie, le suelta: “pues toma, llévatela”.

Nos han atendido alrededor de 7 camareros, cada uno de ellos con actitud más lamentable.

Repito, el chiringuito vacío con alrededor de 7 mesas cuando la capacidad es muy muy muy superior. Prácticamente había un camarero por mesa.

Llevamos más de 10 años viniendo a este chiringuito. Ya llevamos varias visitas que el servicio no era bueno, pero lo de hoy ha sido absolutamente deplorable.

No volveremos. Espero que la gerencia del chiringuito tenga en cuenta los últimos comentarios y tome acción sobre el...

I had an amazing experience at this fish restaurant! The seafood was incredibly fresh, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. Every dish we tried was delicious, but I highly suggest what I was recommended as well, the Pil Pil Prowns, its a must when you are here.

What really stood out, though, was the service. Our waiter, Dilan, was friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about the menu. He gave great recommendations and made sure everything was just right throughout the meal. The desert was bot in the menu, it was the”desert of the day” recommended by him and it was delicious. Pistachio cake full of pistachio cream, I adored it.You could tell he genuinely cared about our experience.

Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for high-quality seafood and top-notch service. Can’t wait...
